The flat is very near to the beach (5-minute walking). It's very near to the bus too. It is also ideal for long stays at affordable prices (I have added a considerable discount each month). For the summer, the apartment has air conditioning in the dining room and ceiling fans in the bedrooms.

También me gusta que está muy despejado, sin edificios, ya que tiene 1 parques con jardines delante y otro en el lateral.
