The perfect accommodation for a romantic getaway. 40 m² penthouse apartment on the second floor of the building with a 15 m² private terrace featuring a solarium, hammocks and an indoor jacuzzi. It has a living room-kitchen area with access to a small balcony and a high bar, a bedroom area with a queen-size bed (150x190), and an en-suite bathroom with a large shower and access to a second balcony. Without a doubt, L'Penthouse is our Star Apartment, ¡with terrace-solarium and private jacuzzi! Our obsession with taking care of the details is appreciated in every corner of a stay set in the Mediterranean-chic style and fully equipped for your maximum comfort: Lounge area with sofa and TV with the APPs Netflix, Amazon Prime, etc, air conditioning and heating installation. Kitchen area, fully equipped, with kitchenware for 2 people, high bar and stools, free fridge CREATED with freezer, washing machine and dishwasher. It has access to small balcony that has a table and outdoor chair. Bedroom area with a large wardrobe and a queen-size bed (150x190), from which you can access the en-suite bathroom with a large shower and a second balcony. Bedroom features a fan in the ceiling. An internal staircase leads to the rooftop, a private terrace with a sunbathing area featuring two loungers, an outdoor shower, a table and chairs, and a covered, enclosed area with a private jacuzzi. The building does not have an elevator, to reach our apartment-tico you have to walk up to the second floor of the building. There is no daily cleaning service/linen change/towels. If required, services may be provided at an additional cost.

The apartment is located on the ground floor. Our cozy apartment is located on the ground floor of the building and can comfortably accommodate up to 3 people🏠. 1 minute walk from the beach. With 45 m², it has a bedroom, a full bathroom and an integrated kitchen with a living-dining room, all in one space. The bedroom has a 135 x 190 cm double bed with a new mattress for optimal rest 🛏️, as well as a 175 x 80 cm sofa bed for a third person to sleep. The apartment has very good ventilation and hot/cold air conditioning. The room receives a lot of natural light, creating a cozy atmosphere🌿✨. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, an oven, a microwave, a fridge/freezer, a coffee maker and an electric kettle🍳☕.
