Everything one or two people need for a short stay in Stutrgart. All amenities and facilities provided, as advertised. The property is set amongst green gardens on the side of a hill. Very quiet, but with easy access to the city centre. The only thing to note, as the owners say up front, is that there is a last quite steep set of steps to get to the property. Not suitable for anyone with health or mobility issues. But very common in the city given how hilly it is!

The owner is kind, friendly, and easy to contact. The location is great, very close to the tram and KIT university.

Two nights over Easter, everything was there and for the little dogs there was also the possibility to walk in a short distance. Quiet and easy to reach. Great location

Our stay was wonderful and exceeded all our expectations. The apartment was very clean, tastefully decorated and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The location is quiet and offers a beautiful view – perfect for relaxing. Adriana and Oana were extremely friendly and helpful, they were in contact with us before arrival and shared all the information with us in detail. Since we had a long journey, it was a great relief for us that we were allowed to check in earlier by arrangement. Also on the day of departure, when we had a problem with the car, we were kindly allowed to leave the car in the parking lot for a few more hours – we are very grateful for that!We can wholeheartedly recommend this place and look forward to seeing you again. The house is spacious, very cozy and very well equipped. Also the garden and terrace are wonderful. We can recommend Anja's cottage all around.

We were now there for the second time with children, in-laws and grandchildren and had a nice time again. The conservatory and the many seating options outside are just wonderful for a long family weekend.

Very friendly and fast communication. It all worked out. A homemade delicious jam glass complete the reception. Super basic amenities available. Everything is fine and happy to come back :-)

Six of us had a super good time at Nils and Catalin's place. Everything is as described, the kitchen including a large table invites you to relax in the evening. Beds in good condition, in case of problems of any kind, Nils is available and even looked by us personally after check-in and fixed a minor defect. Check-in and check-out flexible, overall an Airbnb at its best! We are already considering booking Nil's place again over Easter next year.

It was incredibly beautiful and straightforward. We were there with a group of young people to play music and had everything we needed. Secluded location, good communication with the manager and wonderful surroundings. It was perfect!

The apartment was clean and the location is 3 min walk to the outlet. Residential area was very quiet. Private parking very important in the area. I would be happy to come back.

The condo was absolutely lovely with beautiful views and great interior. The kitchen was very well equipped. The only negative is the walkway to the door from the parking place. The walkway would be a challenge for somebody with a handicap.

We immediately felt comfortable at the place. The furnishings are of very high quality, tasteful and absolutely functional. Communication with the host was very nice and straightforward. He was right there when there was a problem. You are quickly in the countryside, but just as fast at the bus stop to reach cities such as Stuttgart, Esslingen or Ulm.

Kapka was very responsive and helpful, we were able to leave the luggage until the desired time. The accommodation is super comfortable and quiet. We were able to enjoy Stuttgart while being in a peaceful place. Transportation works great. I highly recommend the thermal pools, they are great. We'll be back without a doubt!
