Beautiful 105 m² apartment on the 2nd floor with large south and west balconies, modern kitchen with basic equipment, cozy living and dining room. With direct access from the separate parking space in front of the house, on request with electric car connection socket. Close to the train station and outdoor swimming pool, but still not on a thoroughfare. Very nice, newly furnished 1-room apartment in a central location of Brackenheim with its numerous shopping opportunities, but still quietly located to escape the stress of everyday life. From here, you can plan further activities such as a trip to the Tripsdrill amusement park (8 km) or to the Ehmetsklinge swimming lake (13 km).
