Located in the small idyllic town Walchen, with cows, fruit trees and its own small ski slope the Nagelköpfl for skiing and fun winter activities. Enjoy your freedom with your own garden, terrace and balcony with splendid mountain views. The ski bus stop and supermarket for fresh bread are just around the corner. Drive in 5 minutes to Kaprun or 10 minutes to Zell am See for skiing or use as your base for all the other activities.

The Adventure Bavaria Burg Villa is situated just below the 12th Century Auerburg Ruins, in fact the trail to the top starts right from the front doorstep. The Burg Villa is actually the combination of the Burg Loft & Burg Apartment, ideal for larger groups staying together. It is minutes walk from center and the Hocheck bergbahn or 2 minutes walking to the luegstein see and Ideal location for both summer and winter. It was completely renovated in August 2021 and waiting for happy guests :)!

In Kaprun lies Haus Almkreek. A spacious private chalet (400m2) with a magnificent view of the Kitzsteinhorn glacier. The supermarket and the center of Kaprun are within walking distance. The ski slopes can be reached within a few minutes by bus or car. The basic rental price applies to up to 16 persons. After that a surcharge applies. Max 18 adults and 3 children (0 to 14). There is a heated ski hut with ski boot dryer. In the summer months MTBs / bicycles can be stored in this space.

The spacious vacation home (200 m², 3 double rooms, 3 terraces) is surrounded by forest and meadows and is 1.5 km from the center of Gmunden. From all rooms you can enjoy the wide view of the lake and the surrounding mountain panorama. Walks, hikes and cycling tours can be undertaken directly from the house. There is also a free swimming area at the lake with table tennis, volleyball, paddle boats, etc. (12-minute walk, 1-minute drive). We have floor heating and cooling.
