Ebenso befindet sich eine ausziehbare Couch in der Wohnung. Die sonnige Terrasse mit blick auf ist ein absolutes highlight die Leoganger Steinberge bzw. auf die Leoganger Grasberge.

My house is 5 minutes away form the Ski Lift Station to walk and 2 minutes with car. In the summer months i have a big garden with a small Creek, a wood direktly at the backside of my house and apple trees. The house is perfekt to use the bikepark leogang because you can lock all your bikes in the house and it is only 5 minutes away from the bike park. I have a big Garage were you can clean your bikes and keep your skiis, bikes and cars inside. My house is also perfekt for hiking.

It is a spacious 3-room apartment, which offers space for 4-5 friends/family members. Pets are also allowed. The exact room layout can be found in the gallery. Self-catering is possible through the kitchen, which was renovated in 2019. As the apartment is directly in the centre, there are also many restaurants and cafés in the same street or in the surrounding area. You have a view of the lake from 4 rooms and the balcony. The apartment is on the 4th floor - elevator available.

Die Zehen schreien, die ach so tolle Funktionsunterhose nass, der Skistock im Auge vom Göttergatten, der SUV zerkratzt, die Kaas nockeln drücken im Magen aber zum Glück trägt der Glühwein die letzten Meter... Oder die Blasen in den uneingelaufenden Bergstiefeln sind aufgeplatzt, der mal wieder zu schwer gepackte Wanderrucksack hängt nur noch auf einer Schulter, den Bauchgurt braucht man gar nicht, aber zum Glück gibts die Badewanne ...
