It is within walking distance only 500m from the lake and 5-10 minutes by car from the Loser-Schigebiet, the Narcissus Bath, Golf Course and Bad Aussee with train station. The house has 6 bedrooms for total 12-13 guests, 3 living room, 3 bathroom, 2 kitchens, a beautiful garden with terrace, a large balcony, with wonderful views to the surrounding mountains and Lake Altaus.

At a unique spot on the southern slope of Piesendorf with breathtaking views of a magnificent mountain landscape lies the luxurious Chalet Sonnenheim. The hiking and biking trails start at the front door. The ski resorts of Zell am See, the Kaprun glacier (October to May) Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Kitzbühel are within easy reach. Piesendorf itself also has a small ski resort. Great for tobogganing and for children. The golf courses of Zell am See, Mittersill and Saalfelden are also a short distance away.

Drive in 5 minutes to Kaprun or 10 minutes to Zell am See for skiing or use as your base for all the other activities.
