Unser gemütliches 25 m² großes Ferienhaus mit Garten und Grillplatz liegt inmitten der Natur,direkt an der Saale und am Saaleradweg in den Weinbergen des Kurortes Bad Kösen im Burgenlandkreis. Von hier aus erreichen Sie in kurzer Zeit interessante Ausflugsziele wie den Naumburger Dom, unsere zahlreichen Burgen oder das Kloster Pforta auch historische Orte und größere Städte wie Jena, Leipzig oder Weimar, hier können Sie die Seele baumeln lassen, ihre Ferien geniessen und sich vom Alltag erholen.

The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

Beautiful House in the middle of Germany

Feedback of guests: We stayed for 2 nights in this very spacious, clean and comfortable apartment. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom had very modern fittings including a large walk-in shower. The bed was comfortable and there was an attractive living room. Although the apartment is in a rural area, the town of Halle is within 10 miles and the nearest supermarket is only about 2 miles away. We had a very enjoyable stay in this lovely apart. located in quiet and peaceful surroundings.

Within walking distance of the Landesweingut Pforta is the green oasis with 1000m² country garden - directly on the bike path surrounded by vineyards. The fully developed construction trailer, the separate bathhouse and the spacious terrace offer especially families and larger groups a good combination of togetherness & activity. Since it is a property in nature, everything is never perfect or completely finished - but everything built and laid out with love.

Ruhige 2 - Raum Wohnung (60 qm) mit Saaleblick Es handelt sich um eine Wohnung im Gartengeschoss mit privater Terrasse mit Blick auf die Saale. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Badezimmer mit ebenerdiger Dusche, ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Essbereich, ein Schlafzimmer und einer voll ausgestatteten Küche. Die Wohnung ist ca. 60 qm groß. Die Einrichtung ist modern und beinhaltet z.b. ein Boxspringbett (1,8 m) im SZ sowie eine Schlafcouch im WZ und Gartenmöbel.
