Mit dem Kulkwitzer See liegt außerdem der älteste und sauberste See des Leipziger Neuseenlands direkt vor der Tür. Mit dem Rad sind es nur 7 Minuten dorthin. Räder gibts bei uns zur kostenlosen Leihe. Dank des Bahnhofs in Laufdistanz (3 Min.), seid Ihr innerhalb von 15 Minuten am HBF Leipzig. Die Wohnung verfügt über Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad und Wohnzimmer. Alles voll ausgestattet.

The flat (approx. 60 square metres) is located on the 1st floor of the old manor house. It offers space for 5 - 6 people. In addition to a well-equipped eat-in kitchen, there is a modern bathroom and 2 bedrooms including a living room. With the exception of the bathroom, which is very modern, the rooms are painted in traditional colours and furnished with historic and modern furniture. The courtyard and park can be used by our guests. The wifi has been newly installed & is super stable.

Die angezeigte Wohnung hat rund 80 Quadratmeter aufgeteilt in 2Schlafzimmer, ein Wohnzimmer mit bequemen Schlafsofa, eine voll ausgestattete Küche und ein Badezimmer mit begehbarer Dusche. The tiny house is perfectly equipped. It has an oven and even a bathtub Right in front of the house is a fire pit just for you.

Die Ferienwohnung ist zentral und ruhig gelegen, so kann man die herrliche Seenlandschaft rund um Markkleeberg und Leipzig mit seinen vielfältigen Sehenswürdigkeiten erkunden.
