Welcome to ARTEna, our small apartment in Kassel. The apartment is 39 square meters and faces north. Through the large window fronts in the living-dining room, the room is flooded with light and you have a beautiful view of the garden. The kitchenette is equipped with everything. - Dishwasher - Stove with oven - Range hood - Fridge with freezer compartment The ceiling height in this room is only 1.95 m. The bedroom adjoins this room. The bedroom has a 1.60 m wide bed and a walk-in closet. Linens and towels are included. In the bedroom is the TV and a small desk. From the bedroom you enter the bathroom, which has a shower. Outside there is a small glass house with plants and seating. In front of the apartment is a beautiful terrace with garden furniture. The apartment is located in Kassel/Kirchditmold. Here you are in the middle of the countryside in the immediate vicinity of the forest. You can walk to Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe. However, there is also a good connection to public transport. The front west with its Wilhelminian-style buildings is four tram stops away. Here it is particularly beautiful and diverse around Bebelplatz. Grocery stores are within walking distance. Unser Apartment ist minimalistisch, klar und charmant eingerichtet. Stadtteil Kassel-Kirchditmold. Alle Hotspots (UNESCO-Welterbe Bergpark Wilhelmshöhe, Anthroposophisches Zentrum, Kongresspalais Stadthalle usw.) sind gut erreichbar. Der ICE-Bahnhof kann fußläufig in 15 min. erreicht werden. Küche ist nicht in der Wohnung integriert, aber eine Möglichkeit der Tee-oder Kaffeebereitung ist gegeben. Ein kleiner Kühlschrank (alkoholfreies Bier u. Mineralwasser zur freien Verfügung!) ist vorhanden.

My small but nice flat is within walking distance of the Wilhelmshöhe train station (the station is about a 3-minute walk away). From there you can reach destinations all over Kassel by simply getting on one of the trams or buses. The Documenta exhibition sites in the city centre are about 13 minutes away. There are several restaurants and shopping facilities close to the flat. The flat is located in a quiet side street.
