I stayed one night at Longs accommodation to go to the Spring Festival. For this purpose it was ok. The room looks like in the picture, is neat and comfortable. The rest of the apartment is not nice and seemed neglected. Unfortunately, there was no clean towels and the bathroom was not right. Long was very nice and communication was good and uncomplicated.

Long is on vacation and his roommate tiffany helped us check in. They are extremely friendly and helpful! We are here for the Mercedes museum and it's not far away by car. The apartment is on a slope, do mind if you are carrying heavy luggages. This is a private room with lock, and located in the first floor. You need to pass a long way of ground floor, where approximately lives over 5 young people? Be cautious if you would like to stay out for a late night when you are back!

Long has great communication, is friendly and kind. Easy check in, place was in a great location for events at the Mercedes Benz arena, rooms were good, close to U train.

It was a great stay in Stuttgart. The room is very clean. Long is very friendly and helpful.

Long's place was great for our purposes, which was a convenient and comfortable place to crash for a night (with a baby and a large dog!). Parking nearby wasn't a problem, room was simple and clean with a comfy bed, and Long was great with communication before our trip and came home from work just to greet us before heading back again.

Unsere sehr freundlichen Gastgeber haben uns schon vor der Tür empfangen und Check-in ging sogar früher als erwartet. Das Zimmer und das Bad sind sehr sauber (alles Nötige ist vorhanden), außerdem liegt noch eine ganze Menge Infomaterial für Gäste bereit (Stadtplan, ÖPNV oder über Sehenswürdigkeiten). Wir konnten die Terrasse (eigener Zugang vom Zimmer aus) mitbenutzen mit einem wunderschönen Ausblick. Alles in allem eine sehr empfehlenswerte Unterkunft für alle & wir kommen gerne wieder :-)

Simple, but cheap accommodation. From the bus stop nearby in 12 minutes to the Schlossplatz or main station Mahmoud is always friendly and helpful.

Tanya's place was perfect for a quick overnight trip to Stuttgart. The room felt spacious for two people and the bed was super comfy. Tanya is a friendly, communicative, and helpful host. Since her kitchen is off-limits to guests, we asked for an electric kettle to make coffee and tea and she happily provided us with our own kettle in the bedroom, along with mugs. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect location. I stayed for Frühlingsfest, and Tanja's place was a 20 minute walk away. The neighborhood was quiet, yet there are some very nice restaurants with great atmospheres just a block down, and the trams are right outside. Tanja's place was also very clean and at an amazing price. I would recommend this for single or double travellers in Stuttgart.

Tanja has a very nice flat located right next to the metro station and very central to Stuttgart. Wasn't able to cook in the flat but luckily there were numerous good restaurants nearby. Tanja was a courteous host and made sure we were situated properly.

Die Unterkunft befand sich in einem sauberen Zustand und liegt wirklich sehr zentral, was praktisch ist, wenn man sich mal spontan mit jemandem in der Stadt verabredet. Obwohl von einer WG eigentlich mehr Lärm als Ruhe erwartet, war dies hier nicht der Fall. Letztendes kann ich Theresas Unterkunft weiterempfehlen!

Ami place is a nice cosy place near trainstation (10 min walk, or 2 stops by underground) and center of Stuttgart with even a little bit of view on Stuttgart Center. Ami is very reliable and fast responding, I had a great stay!

The apartment is large and very lovingly furnished. The kitchen is brand new and fully equipped. Location is great, close to the city and with a park and several restaurants very close by. Traffic connection via the subway is great, however, due to the main road and the subway is always a little traffic noise. Check-in and communication with Patrick worked great and you always felt welcome.

Patrick and his family were wonderful hosts. Their apartment is beautifully decorated, quiet, and just across the street from public transit. They did their best to make sure my stay in Stuttgart was comfortable. I really enjoyed my time!

Patrick welcomed us personally when we arrived. My fault I didn't realize this place without an elevator, he kindly helped us bring our heavy luggage upstairs. The apartment is very neat and clean. Kitchen is a plus, that those kitchenwares are well-cleaned, got all you need, we have used it comfortably. (many of my experience is, they got kitchen but the appliance, utentils would scared you...) In general, you can know he really have spent time set up everything. He shows care for us, greet us sometimes during our stay, ask if things are okay etc... One of a super friendly, caring host we've met til now. We recommend this place, with super good location and transport connection, if you don't mind the Stadtbahn sound during the night, you'll gonna enjoy the stay just like us!

Patrick's apartment is spacious and comfortable. It is well equipped and perfectly clean. It is located in front of a tram station which allows to quickly reach the city center. If you come by car you will find non-paying parking spaces in the adjacent streets. We have a great memory of this accommodation where we spent 3 days with our teenagers. The communication with Patrick before and during the stay is easy and fast.

The apartment really pleased us very much. It was newly renovated, very tastefully decorated and personally designed (books, board games, entertainment and business tips) it was super clean and the location and connection to the city center are great! Patrick is an accommodating and friendly host. He has informed us in detail, but at the same time purposefully informed us about everything. We will be back!

The name fits really perfect! It was really all there, even a dishwasher and a grill oven in the brand new kitchen and a hair dryer! And it is slightly greater than it acts on the images. Felt in the bright Apartment very well. On the balcony with super comfortable chairs attracts the evening sun ... The contact with the owners was very pleasant and cordial, they have taken the time to explain everything, given information about the environment ... Everything was easy to find ... Have always quickly get advance an answer to my questions! It really is in 5 minutes on the subway and I had a wonderful Spring walk in the peaceful surroundings. Also worth mentioning is the very good new (?) Mattress !! I slept great! Extra blankets were also available ... I was alone but also to second you have enough space in the apartment. I just tried it as clean as possible to leave, because I think that we should support it if someone only 10 euros charged for cleaning! Come back when I should be in Stuttgart:-) Thanks

Very easy to get to from the central station, quiet, nice neighbourbood. Check in was quick and easy and done at our scheduled time. We had maps of the closest grocery stores and places of interest to check out. Had all the appliances required to make a few meals. Great hosts, great place!

Andrea was very kind. The room was perfect. I stayed for a month. Andrea came every week to give me new towels. The kitchen was great & had a coffee maker, microwave, stove, & kettle.

The room is quite big with a balcony and a nice view. The house is clean and tidy, and this area is very quite. The transportation is convenient, and only 5 min's walking distance to the U-bahn station. There are a supermarket and some restaurants nearby (The food is tasty and cheap). The most important thing is that Andrea and her husband gave me a lot help when I was staying there, for example, when I was checking-in on Sunday, by considering that all stores are closed, they prepared some food for me in advance. So I would highly recommend others to stay here.

I really liked this room at Andrea's. I could sit on the balcony in the morning and have my breakfast and coffee, its handy to the tram and not far from the city. There's also a Beer Garden right by the U4 as well as a Kebab shop and a small - medium supermarket and a bakery right across the road from the flat. I'd stay there again anytime.

Nilly's place was very nice in a quite and calm neighborhood in Stuttgart-Ost. Very close to public transit and to a park. Also close to the Mercedes museum. The place was clean and the communication was really good as well. I would recommend staying here.

Great house for stay. Not far from downtown, 4 stops by bus from railway station Hbf. Two bedrooms for 3~4 guys, nice and clean. I think everybody will find this house comes much better than the images shown. In one word, this is a good deal and nice experience!

The apartment is fully equipped, everything that you needed. Although the apartment is located on a busy main road you can hear almost nothing, so top window with closed windows. There were five and are very well with the place and also a parking lot, we always found in the area. All in all for a weekend really great!

We spent a weekend in Stuttgart and stayed in this modern apartment. The hosts gave us a warm and even gave us some tips for our stay. The apartment is located on a street that is quite a lot of sail, it was too noisy to sleep with the windows open. The property has a very good price-performance ratio. The apartment is only 7 minutes away by bus from downtown and around the apartment there are many Supermärtke or restaurants. Gladly again.

Schluesseluebergabe has worked very well. The apartment has been prepared to use and clean and loving. The kitchen is well equipped and even games and books are available. The passing road is still loud, but not disturbing with closed windows. The window into the courtyard allow easy passage. The location of the apartment is well suited to explore Stuttgart by public transport. We enjoyed ourselves very much and would definitely come back!

We are a couple with 2 daughters (3 years and 6 month). The apartment is great! Tanja wait for us at the arrival, and she received us with a very nice appartment. She has been over every detail, a Bottle of german wine at the table, Tulipan flowers everywhere, candles.... She has been very kind, and she is very polite and educated women. The appartment is full stuff!! Kitcken, Laundry.... everything! I always book through AirB&B, I can say this is one of the best apparments we stay.

We enjoyed our stay in Tanja's apartment. It is recently renewed, spacious, and has everything that you can need. She welcomed us with a bottle of wine, chocolates and other things. In the apartment there are 2 tv, one of them for netflix. Fast wifi is available. Bus stop is at 50 mt walking, bakery and a little supermarket at around 200 mt. You can reach walking the central station in around 20 minutes, 5 minutes by bus. The area where is the apartment, on the hill next to central station and the big park behind, is very quite and we felt safe walking around. We think we will book again this apartment when again we will be in Stuttgart.

We (5 adults) kept us up for 2 nights in Tanya's apartment. Tanja has made us feel very welcome in Stuttgart welcome and was able to give us some insider tips on the way. We had already from the first moment, a great feeling. The apartment is very bright and open gehalten- ideal for a city break! The kitchen has jenste utensils with which one could conjure up countless dishes on the table. We can generally give a very good feedback. Only the sleeping situation which would probably not ideal for a longer stay. There were 5 and there was a big water bed and in the same room nor a 1.40m bed, so four people in the same bedroom. The fifth person was sleeping on the sofa, which was also very comfortable. For us, this was not a problem, but this could be the case for a longer stay or even in a different constellation of people. Overall, we can recommend this property to 100%.

It had everything we needed, and Patrick organised a travel cot too so we didn't have o travel with one. Definitely would recommend!

The apartment is on the ground floor very quiet and well equipped. The access to public transportation is great. Supermarket open until 24 pm close. Restaurants as well.
