Eine Wohnung zum Wohlfühlen! :-) Sie liegt im Stuttgarter Osten unweit des Cannstatter Wasens, des Daimler Museums sowie der Porsche Arena. Die Lage ist außerordentlich ruhig, eingebettet in herrliche Natur und dennoch sehr zentral. Man erreicht mit dem Auto oder Bus/Bahn in max. 5 min. die Stuttgarter Innenstadt. Vor dem Haus sind Parkplätze vorhanden, die nächst gelegene Bahn liegt nur ein paar Gehminuten von der Unterkunft entfernt. Der Wasen ist ebenfalls gut zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Hi guys, I'm renting out my 1-room apartment on the 4th floor with balcony and elevator in Stuttgart Mitte. The apartment has a new 1.60 m wide bed and a new small kitchen as well as a separate daylight bathroom. The location is central and yet quiet. Smoking allowed on balcony. Since it is a normal residential building, quiet hours must be observed according to the house rules. No parties! Washing machine not available but closest laundromat close by. See you soon:-)
