Our family-run organic farm is situated 985 m above sea level with a beautiful view on the alps. We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. It has its own entrance and a cosy sheltered patio with a great view that is situated directly next to a big garden.

Our house is right on the edge of the forest in idyllic tranquility, but is super connected. Bike path as well as the cross-country trail are right at the property. "Smaragdbahn" Wildkogel is 5 minutes' reach. Studio is located at the bottom part of the house with separate entrance and directly attached carport. Your ski or bikes will also fit in there. We have set up our lovingly furnished mini apartment mainly for our family visit and rent out the periods in between.

The wood-burning stove makes it pleasantly warm, and a large corner bench with a table, bunk bed, and chest of drawers are also in the hut. Barbecue facilities right next to the hut, water directly at the hut at the fountain trough, electricity is available. The outhouse is a few meters from the hut, an outdoor solar bag shower is available.

For ski enthusiasts only 7 km in the well-known ski area Kitzbühler Alpen (Panoramic railway) In summer, our house offers many starting points for walking and mountain biking. Our apartment has a terrace , we appreciate your visit.
