Option B: 3 guests use - entrance hall with wardrobe, - bathroom with shower, - separate toilet, - bedroom no. 2 with double bed, walk-in wardrobe - bedroom no. 3 with wardrobe, PC workstation and access to the balcony (this is a walk-through room, separated from bedroom no. 2 by a sliding door) - Kitchen/living room with access to the balcony and equipped with a daybed/sofa bed (child), wing chair, books, dining table, wine storage stones, microwave, electric stove with oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, upright refrigerator with freezer compartment. Our house is located on the sunny mountain of Leogang. The ski lifts are only 100 meters from the apartment. In front of the house is your car parking space. The apartment is reached via an external staircase (slope!). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 crib is also possible). There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment. The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
