The apartment with balcony is located on the 2nd floor of a family house and offers 1 to 3 bedrooms depending on number of guests. Option A: 2 guests use - entrance hall with wardrobe, - bathroom with shower, - separate toilet, - bedroom no. 1 with double bed, washbasin, wardrobe - kitchen-living room with access to the balcony and equipped with a daybed/sofa bed (child), wing chair, books, dining table, wine storage stones, microwave, electric stove with oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, upright refrigerator with freezer compartment. Option B: 3 guests use - entrance hall with wardrobe, - bathroom with shower, - separate toilet, - bedroom no. 2 with double bed, walk-in wardrobe - bedroom no. 3 with wardrobe, PC workstation and access to the balcony (this is a walk-through room, separated from bedroom no. 2 by a sliding door) - Kitchen/living room with access to the balcony and equipped with a daybed/sofa bed (child), wing chair, books, dining table, wine storage stones, microwave, electric stove with oven, toaster, kettle, coffee machine, upright refrigerator with freezer compartment.
