Independent outbuilding near the beach

The suite is in the back of the main house and overlooks the common garden. It is 50 m. from the beach, 5 minutes from the fair of Rimini and 4 min from the center. It has private entrance, 1 double bedroom, 1 living room with French sofa bed, a table, TV with Sky, kettle, milk boiler, capsule coffee machine, toaster, fridge and freezer. There is no kitchen!! We have a dog, Frida, good and affectionate, so the suite is only suitable for those who love dogs as outdoor space is shared.

It consists of a large living room with balcony, two double bedrooms with terrace and two bathrooms with shower. It is recommended especially for families, even small children. Bikes are available; Rimini Airport 5 km away.

Maestrale is a brand new ground floor apartment, spacious and comfortable, completed in October 2021. Located in a quiet location, in the Colle dei Pini area, and with a large free parking outside. It is about 800 meters from the sea and 1km from downtown Riccion. During the summer, in the garden you will find tables and chairs for outdoor dining and two sun loungers to relax and sunbathe. Free transportation to and from Riccion train station is available upon request.

I love this apartment! It is in front of the beautiful and effervescent beach of Riccione, and it is composed of two bright bedrooms: one has a standard double-size bed, while the second has a queen size bed. The bathroom has a very big shower, the kitchen is fully equipped, and the living room is perfect to chill out and to make conversations. Last but not least, there is a liveable and sea-view balcony! The apartment has a private garage. Wi-Fi. Netflix.
