Beachfront holiday rental in Riccione

Katia and Luca are wonderful people, super helpful and kind hosts, precise in their directions. It was a pleasure to stay in their apartment, where there was everything you needed to have a great holiday! We really appreciated the hosts' tips on where to eat and what to see in the area. Great area, literally a stone's throw from the waterfront. We'll definitely be back

Beatrice is a very friendly and helpful host. The area and the location of the apartment is great. Beach is within walking distance and restaurants are around the corner. We had a great time and it is definitely recommended. We would definitely come back here.

Karlo's accommodation is characteristic, although small, the spaces are used efficiently, equipped with air conditioning and wifi included, it has a living area with a dining room downstairs and two attic rooms on the first floor, very clean and equipped with everything you need to cook. It has a large outdoor area shared with the other apartments overlooking the main square of Viserba. Very quiet and peaceful despite its central location. We appreciated the location both for its proximity to the sea and to services. Really very useful and appreciated (especially for those who have to travel many hours) the check out at 13:00, almost no one does it and it is a huge convenience. We were very happy and hope to be able to return soon!!!

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

The contact on site worked excellently, Francesco himself showed us the apartment and explained everything important. He was also always available when we had questions. The beach is only a few metres away and a mini-market for daily needs is right on the doorstep. It was an absolutely successful holiday from our side.

Beautiful place, nice atmosphere at the pool! Nicoletta and the family are very welcoming and great company. Flat is a little difficult to keep cool in great heat. But the fans provided were very silent and good to be used during the night. However, we spend most of our time outside, at the pool, in the water, and drinking coffee at the bar ;)

Beautiful condo conveniently located near restaurants, grocers and shopping. Stefania was incredibly helpful and suggestive to our requests and needs. We love this place!!

Peaceful but close to everything’

The apartment is right by the sea and is perfect if you want to feel at home. We were there as a family with a child and we lacked nothing. You can enjoy the sea from the balcony and are within a few steps of the beach. The fully equipped kitchen offers all possibilities for cooking yourself. Marcella is a very warm hostess, as far as dealing with us is concerned, we can say: perfect! We can't say anything about the pool, as it was unfortunately closed due to construction. All in all: premium location, great apartment, perfect hosts!

Small apartment but considering the fact that you were only at home to sleep and eat is fine. Always clean pool. The comfort with the beach a few steps away practically without leaving the residence. In the morning Yoga for the joy of my wife. Maybe we'll be back.

Our stay in Luca's apartment was fantastically beautiful! The apartment was super equipped, spacious and clean. It is 100% as described and is very quiet! Within 2 minutes you can be at the beach and shops, restaurants, etc. The communication with Luca has worked very well throughout. Even in the evening he responded to our concerns and helped us at all times. Luca is a very good host who knows very well to prepare wonderful holidays for his guests. He is friendly, patient and super personable. We had a great time and will be happy to come back! Thank you!

I stayed for 6 days in this beautiful apartment. All new. Beautiful location. The terrace overlooking the sea was very popular as it was very cool and ventilated. Cool apartment with all amenities. You can reach the sea in 5 minutes on foot, where you will find excellent restaurants and a beautiful pedestrian area for long walks. Private parking at the back, closed by a barrier. From the car park, you can directly reach the apartment with a lift without having to take a single step. Highly recommended! The Host Roberta is very kind and available for any advice or need! We will definitely be back!

A comfort small flat in a perfect location, highly suggested for couples with 1 kid

Spacious, comfortable and convenient apartment for a holiday in Rimini. The seafront is just a few metres away and there are several restaurants and bars along the main street next to the apartment. The most important thing is the personal parking space. Manuela was a great host, kind and helpful in giving advice on restaurants and bathrooms in the area. We followed many of his suggestions and we didn't regret it!

This is the place to stay if you come to Pesaro. It’s a minute to walk to the beach — right across from the expensive hotels. It has a beautiful unobstructed view of the Adriatic, so you can watch the sun rise having expresso on the balcony table, sitting on the patio chairs. Wash your clothes and hang them on the patio clothes line located on the other side balcony — they will be dry by night. Air conditioning and heating work great, as we needed both at different times for brief periods. Close to a lot of restaurants and a grocery store is a short walk. So relaxing. So perfect. Communication was excellent. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you!
