Holiday rentals with a patio in Riccione

Despite the traffic, Mattia waited for us and showed us the house and surroundings with speed and kindness, wonderful apartment and outdoor terrace, all clean and 50 metres from the sea, the garage a plus for the area and period, thank you for everything and see you next time

Perfect stay. Cinzia and her husband are two wonderful people, very helpful and kind. The house offered everything that is indicated in the description, the photos do not show how beautiful and bright it is. Great location, convenient for supermarkets, nightclubs and beaches. I recommend everyone to stay in their Airbnb. If we were to return to Riccione, they would be our first choice.

Absolutely recommended – perfect holiday! Had a great time staying at this place! The apartment was very clean, well equipped and lovingly furnished – you can immediately tell that someone really makes an effort here. Everything worked smoothly, including Wi-Fi, air conditioning and kitchen. Particularly positive: very quiet location, but still everything quickly accessible. The host was friendly, helpful and reliable, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I can recommend this apartment without restriction – it clearly deserves 5 stars! Fabio and Alessandra were amazing hosts. Their property is one of the best I have stayed at. They were so flexible with everything and catered for all needs. The house is amazing, and was just like the pictures shown but more impressive in real life. The welcome gift and food staples were so generous from them and really was a home away from home. We used the jacuzzi every day of our stay and it was a great way to start the new year. Plus when we accidentally left the keys in the house, they were so helpful to come let us back inside. If you are ever considering staying near Pesaro or Rimini, and have a car, this location is an excellent choice. Thank you again for the stay.

Francesca's accommodation is well structured, bright and the terrace is a much appreciated bonus. The accommodation offers a very basic supply of accessories, but nevertheless it is very welcoming. The area in which it is located is very convenient for reaching the sea and the most important places of cultural interest. All the necessary services are nearby: shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Francesca proved to be a very helpful host in providing information and very responsive in responding to requests.

We had a great time with our kids, family and friends ♥️ A perfect place to spend holiday. Very peaceful and charming surrounding. Mountain view, birds singing, what else can we need? I would certainly recommend this place for my friends.

The apartment was at its best with indoor parking the host was very nice to us for various activities or meals I advise you if you are looking for an apartment for 7 people

We had a lovely time at Federica's place. She was very welcoming and gave us great recommendations. She allowed us to do an earlier check in and a late check out (we were limitted by the transportation means). The place was cosy and felt like home. The terrace was a wonderful feature.

We had an amazing three week stay at casa Samy. The location is walking distance from the beach ( lido San guliano highly recommend not too busy and amazing water) as well as the center of San Guliano (borgo with its many nice restaurants ) and Rimini old town just across the Tiberius bridge. We made daily use of the bikes which get you pretty much everywhere in 5-10 minutes. Giovanni and his team are very helpful and friendly, one of his staff even arranged for a 3rd bike for our 9 year old son. The airco in the house works very well and provides for comfort on a hot day. Thank you Giovanni and team for you hospitality and contribution to our relaxing vacation.

Lucia and Denis were very friendly, courteous and willingly answered all our questions patiently from the first contact. Upon our arrival, in your house near Cesena, we were warmly welcomed by Lucia. She explained everything to us in detail and even provided a bottle of water in the fridge as a welcome. A few croissants for morning coffee were also prepared for us. The house itself impresses with its outstanding space, its very well-equipped kitchen, a very nice bright bathroom, the two bedrooms (both with air conditioning) one even with a walk-in closet and the very large terrace around the entire house. For a family of 4 people, it is completely sufficient. Lucia and Denis then introduced themselves in person in the evening. Both are really very warm, courteous, friendly and were always ready to help. For US, it's clear, WE will come back!

Perfect location of you want to stay in the old cobblestone part of town, with easy access to so many great restaurants. We loved the place and the location.

Veronica was always kind and ready to listen to and solve our needs. The large patio/terrace in the back is a space that guarantees total privacy; functional bathrooms, well separated living area from the bedrooms. We will be back!! Highly recommended!!! I went with a friend for a sports competition and we couldn't have 🙌 chosen better. We felt at home, the host family took care of all the details, they even prepared dinner the first day we arrived very late!! The apartment is great (it is integrated into the residential area where they also live), the area is very quiet and beautiful and you have a pharmacy, some bars and a supermarket next door. Rimini is 15 minutes away by car. To repeat. Thank you so much for everything

We stayed three weeks from Simona in the Peonia apartment. The enchanting place stands out for its absolute peace, cleanliness, well-kept spaces with indescribable love and dedication. Simona and Valentina are available in every aspect and at the same time know how to be discreet and never intrusive, which I really appreciated. They generously offered us their precious agricultural products and we were able to enjoy outdoor spaces in full freedom and privacy. The apartment is modern, functional and tasteful. The equipped kitchen, the spacious and cool room, the bathroom wonderful. A laundry room complete with a washing machine, clothesline and ice maker is available. Very comfortable parking with automatic gate...And then Simona's dogs are always well-behaved in place. We really loved the location immersed in the countryside, but close to the sea and the comfort of the pool and a quiet environment. Thank you for everything!
