The apartment is in an excellent location, 10 minutes walk to the train station and less than 5 minutes walk to the beach. It is also on a road which is very quiet at night. The apartment is very spacious and clean, a very good price for 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

The apartment is great, I've been on Airbnb for over 10 years and this apartment is one of the best I've booked during this time. Andrea is a super host, he has thought of everything and was always responsive to us. The place was really stocked with everything you could possibly need, even every little thing was there. Beautiful decor, top location, central and quiet, right on a canal. The terrace/balcony is a dream, through the large glazed sliding doors the border between the living room and the outdoor area disappears and you can relax comfortably on the sofa and enjoy the view. When we left, we had a pretty chat with Andrea, like with a good friend. We'll be back for sure!

We had a very enjoyable and quiet stay. Very friendly host; a very spacious and neat apartment where everything you need is available; a very pleasant swimming pool with wonderful views of the hills; nice restaurants nearby and close to the sea. Ideal place to stay.

We stayed in Fabio's house for three days and had a very good time. Fabio is friendly and helpful, the house has been delivered to us clean and tidy. The house is in a really strategic location, very close to the sea and downtown (but not too much). In a 30-minute walk you can reach Viale Ceccarini. The rooms are comfortable, both bathrooms have a shower, but only one on the bidet. The garage contains only one car, but there is a large free parking lot near the house. Compared to the amenities indicated on Airbnb, there is no dishwasher, but there is wifi. We had a great time and it was a nice holiday!

We had a very great time in our AirBnB, the hosts were kind and responsive. The place was very clean and looked like the pictures.

Fabio and Alessandra were amazing hosts. Their property is one of the best I have stayed at. They were so flexible with everything and catered for all needs. The house is amazing, and was just like the pictures shown but more impressive in real life. The welcome gift and food staples were so generous from them and really was a home away from home. We used the jacuzzi every day of our stay and it was a great way to start the new year. Plus when we accidentally left the keys in the house, they were so helpful to come let us back inside. If you are ever considering staying near Pesaro or Rimini, and have a car, this location is an excellent choice. Thank you again for the stay.

A dream week in the Marche region with the whole tribe: cousins, sisters, parents, dog and mother-in-law (yes, even her). The villa? A paradise. Top pool, therapeutic whirlpool (also for the nerves), BBQ for serial grillers. Stefano and Alessandro: 10 out of 10, always present but never intrusive. Postcard panorama, comfort everywhere. We relaxed, had fun and... put on weight. We'd go back tomorrow. In fact, we'd move there.

We had an absolutely incredible stay at Davide’s place — the house was nothing short of perfect. The property is gorgeous, with breathtaking views, an amazing pool, and the most peaceful setting. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook some great meals, and the entire space was spotlessly clean and beautifully styled. Davide is truly the best host in all of Italy — kind, helpful, and incredibly welcoming from start to finish. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made the stay even more memorable. I stayed in this house in Fano with my family and we had a great time. The apartment is nice, comfortable and located in the center, with a beautiful terrace overlooking the roofs of the historic center — really evocative! Giacomo and Alberto were always available and kind, they also provided us with bicycles to move around comfortably and allowed us to leave the house calmly on the morning of departure. A very pleasant stay, we recommend it!

Donata is a great person very friendly and speaks english fluently. her place is up at a mountain with lots of green ,trees and mountains. when we got there she had made us homemade bread , cake , cookies, yogurt milk, espresso machine for us ready for the next morning. . The only problem is that you need to drive a car there and not to be afraid to drive in tiny roads .

We were two for a week in this fantastic accommodation and were very enthusiastic. With a lot of attention to detail, you immediately feel at home. Everything was very clean and super equipped. The outdoor area is also private and spacious. We felt completely comfortable here. The host Giovanni welcomed us warmly, was very friendly, accommodating and helpful. He was always available and ready to answer any questions. We were greeted directly at the train station and escorted back to the train station on the day of departure. Everything was perfect and we would definitely choose this accommodation again!

The house was on a very quiet street, with a few bars nearby where you can drink coffee in the morning. Clean, tidy and quiet place.

Communication with Eleonora was straightforward and very friendly. From arrival Stefano was our contact, very hospitable and helpful. He showed us the apartment, explained all the special features, helped with everything and was quick to respond when there were problems. Friday afternoon arrival, Internet/WiFi does not work. Although the repair lasted until Monday, our day of departure, Stefano took care of it, despite the weekend. We found it very pleasant to have personal contact. The apartment is truly special. Clear architecture, pleasant colours, good facilities, cosy. Actually, it is quite close to the sea, but everything is very built up, hotels and restaurants have probably taken over the squares in recent years. Unfortunately, no access to the beach in the vicinity was possible with a dog, so we drove to Pesaro and Fano. Thanks to Stefano and Eleonora and all the best!

Available hosts, apartment in the historic center, a 10-minute walk from the sea, large square, very well arranged with a shaded inner courtyard: everything new, in particular we liked the two bathrooms, each with a shower made particularly cozy by tastefully decorated coatings. Highly recommended.

I went with a friend for a sports competition and we couldn't have 🙌 chosen better. We felt at home, the host family took care of all the details, they even prepared dinner the first day we arrived very late!! The apartment is great (it is integrated into the residential area where they also live), the area is very quiet and beautiful and you have a pharmacy, some bars and a supermarket next door. Rimini is 15 minutes away by car. To repeat. Thank you so much for everything

Diego was a very pleasant and discreet host.. We felt very comfortable in the apartment for the extended weekend, the two-story apartment is very stylishly furnished and offers plenty of space, a great infrastructure and a beautiful view of the hills of the hinterland !)
