We are in the middle of the valley and have an ideal starting point for many hikes and mountain tours and to the ski areas in the Stubai. I am a connoisseur of our homeland. Our house is located in the rear valley area, away from the main road, in a very quiet location. Large garden and terrace with outdoor furniture. Sat TV in living room, TV with DVD player in bedroom. Microwave and dishwasher available, daily bread roll service is offered. Hiking trails, cross-country ski trails, bus stop (bus free with guest card!!! ) very close! Large storage room for bicycles, slate,...... waste separation. We like to speak German, English and Spanish.

Quiet location, bus stop and supermarket 5 min. downhill within walking distance, to Kampler See with refreshments 10 min. Free parking in front of the house.
