Piccolo appartamentino di 40 m² circa, accogliente e confortevole. Great for 2 people. It can accommodate up to 3, if it is a child, even 4. Located on the ground floor of my house with private entrance and parking space. Small apartment, about 40 square meters, cozy and comfortable. It is very suitable for 2 people, but up to 3 or 4 (one child) people can live there. It is located on the first floor of my house with its own entrance door and parking space.

The Wormser Water Tower is considered one of the most beautiful water towers in Germany. In the first floor it offers a luxurious small city apartment (about 80 m2) that surprises with original arches and lots of light (6 large windows). Couples will feel comfortable here. You can spend a cultural, sporting and/or romantic holiday. But even business travelers will find the opportunity to work online in peace and relax in the evening in a generous ambience.

The charming apartment is furnished with great attention to detail and offers our guests a maximum of peace and comfort. A high-quality parquet floor in all living rooms creates a cozy and pleasant atmosphere. Living room, dining room, bedroom and kitchen are kept open and offer a spacious living ambience. The bathroom is fitted with a spa bath. And for our guests who like to cook, our fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.

Quiet 3-room apartment (5 rooms)

Quiet 3-room apartment on the edge of the forest suitable for fitters and groups. 3 separate bedrooms offer enough privacy for everyone. The apartment offers plenty of street parking. For a 4th or 5th person, there is a charge of €15 per night per person. The kitchen is fully equipped. On the ground floor there is another bathroom, another toilet, the laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer as well as the living room.

My apartment offers everything your heart desires, light-flooded, modern comfortable. It is located in Lorsch,on the 1st floor, 10 minutes walk from the well-known UNSECO World Heritage Monastery Lorsch and is 90sqm in size. Top quiet location, supermarket and even Sunday´s baker are within 2 min walking distance. Lorsch is located on the Bergstraße , Mannheim /Frankfurt / Heidelberg sin in 30 minutes easily reached!

Small but nice in Schwanheim

A kitchen with living-room space, a bedroom and a bath only for you. The ideal spot for eating, living, sleeping and watching TV. Or you step out for running, hiking or biking or just for a walk in nature. It is just behind the house. Our flat can be booked for home-office or vacation purpose. Our flat suits best for 1-2 people. 1 additional person can sleep on the sleep sofa.

Located in an attractive location, it has a lot to offer for both vacation guests and business travelers. Thanks to its monastery from the Carolingian period, Lorsch is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and is conveniently located between the A5 and A67 (less than 5 minutes by car). Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. You will stay here directly from the Biedensand Nature Reserve (good for a walk). A grocery store (Edeka) can be reached in 100 m. The highway towards Frankfurt or to Mannheim/Heidelberg can be reached directly. The apartment has everything you need for a longer as well as shorter stay.

Lovingly furnished old town apartment

More pictures are coming. I am still renovating ;) It is a new and lovely decorated apartment in the city centre of Worms. Its on the first floor and vís-a-vís is a stunning old monastery. Worms is located very central in a great area. You can go for a hiking trip in the Pfalz or see famous cities as Heidelberg and Frankfurt.
