Due to the convenient connection to the Rhine-Neckar metropolitan region, the nearby federal highways A6 and A61, the local recreation area Silbersee, the railway connection on the Main railway line and the well-developed road network, the municipality of Bobenheim-Roxheim, with around 10,000 inhabitants, has become a very popular residential and holiday resort.

In the heart of the Odenwald, right on the edge of the forest, is our wooden house in the idyllic district of Airlenbach in the city of Oberzent. Our wooden house, furnished in the style of a forester's house, guarantees you peace and relaxation from everyday life and offers an ideal starting point to explore the Odenwald. The new wooden terrace with large seating area and a wonderful view offers pure relaxation. The holiday home offers generous space for 6 - 8 people with approx. 120 m².

Cute farmhouse from the 18th century with garden

In the sleepy village of Böllstein lies "das Ima," a cottage that was built in the 18th century as a farmhouse. After many renovations and extensions, the house is now equipped with three bedrooms (2 with doors and one with a curtain), plus a fireplace room, open kitchen, summer kitchen, open gallery and many books. Feel good in the vineyards

Take a vacation in the luxurious ambiance of our guest house. It is part of our vineyard and integrated into our farm building. Closest neighbour is about 100 m away. The 4-hectare farmhouse is idyllically located among the vineyards and is accessible at ground level on two sides. You can start hiking or cycling directly from the farm. The kitchen is fully equipped for self-catering, including a wine refrigerator. Beer pong party people please don't book!

Make a nice campfire, relax in the wellness lounge, relax in the infrared sauna and treat yourself to a break. The apartment at the almond blossom is located in the center of beautiful Gimmeldingen. In 1718, the apartment was formerly built as a bakery, which was then last renovated in 2017. The lovingly and elaborately renovated house is a wonderful starting point to discover the vineyards in the immediate vicinity or the Palatinate Forest with its multitude of medieval castle ruins.
