We have 3 wonderful apartments in a quiet location overlooking the forest and meadows. At the same time, you are only about 600 m away from the white Baltic Sea beach, the beautiful promenade and the famous landmark of Usedom, the pier. The numerous shopping opportunities, boutiques, restaurants and tourist information can be easily reached on foot. The apartment is 35 m² in size with a living-dining area, bedroom, shower room and a beautiful terrace with lounge furniture and sun until the evening hours.

OLD BOOK PRINTING HOUSE: close to the beach: two bedrooms

ALTE BUCHDRUCKEREI (Bäder architecture, listed) - a beachfront, individually furnished 92.5 sqm apartment on 2 floors, with 2 bedrooms (1x with double bed 1.80 m and 1x with bed 1.40 m). On the ground floor, there is a fully equipped kitchen and the dining room. A seating area in the sunny front garden is also part of the apartment. On the upper floor, the conservatory-like porch porch is to be highlighted. This can be opened by vertical sliding windows and used like a loggia.

Cottage Benz, Usedom

Wunderschoenes Cottage in Benz auf Usedom. Perfekter Ort um in Ruhe Ferien zu verbringen. Benz ist von der Ostsee 5km entfernt und einfach mit dem Fahrrad /Auto oder zu Fuß zu erreichen. Das Cottage ist das letzte in einer Reihe von 7 Ferienhäusern, welches am Waldesrand gelegen ist. Traumhafte Sonnenaufgänge inklusive. Die komplett Sanierung/Modernisierung wurde im Juli 2022 fertig gestellt und das Haus steht seitdem ganzjährig zum Mieten zu Verfügung.

The 75 m² apartment in the attic of "Schloss Hohenzollern" offers a lot of space for up to 5 people. The apartment offers a fantastic panoramic view over the roofs of Ahlbeck with the numerous historic villas from the imperial era. It has a cozy living and dining area and is very individually and lovingly decorated. There are 2 separate bedrooms and an open sleeping area with another sleeping space. The bathroom and kitchen were renovated in 2025.

Fresh and salt water in one: Unique and very quiet location on Lake Schloonsee – overlooking the lake – and a two-minute walk to the Baltic Sea beach. Our apartment is located directly in the middle between the Bansin and Heringsdorf piers. As a long-established Heringsdorf family – even our grandmother used to host guests from all over the world – hosting has a tradition with us and we are happy to offer you a pleasant stay on the Baltic Sea.

The unique, recently renovated premises – consisting of a large living-sleeping loft, kitchen, full bathroom and separate wardrobe - offer a fascinating mix of historical and contemporary that will delight design fans.

Holiday apartment "Kon-Tiki", Villa Regina Maris,

The apartment "Kon-Tiki" is ideal for two people. The sofa bed allows stays with three people. The apartment is about 90 m from the beach. You can reach the cliffs of Bansin in a few minutes on foot. Also within walking distance are: shops, cafés, restaurants, as well as the promenade. Just leave the car and enjoy the surroundings stress-free.

It is a cozy 60 m² attic apartment on the 2nd floor with 2 bedrooms, a living room with couch, a kitchen (incl. dishwasher, microwave, 2-plate stove) with separate seating area, shower/toilet, radio, Wi-Fi reception and flat-screen TV, barbecue in the garden, breakfast on request, parking. Towels, sheets and linens only from 3 nights incl.

"Beech" house

This offer refers to renting one house to your own disposal. There are two new wooden houses ("Birch" and "Beech") on the plot. Each house has 8 continental beds. There are 2 bathrooms and fully equipped kitchen. The price includes: bedding, towels and parking place.
