You can hardly live any closer to the Baltic Sea! Our vacation home BOOTSHAUS is located directly on the natural beach with great views over the Baltic Sea. From the south terrace in front of the house you can watch the sailboats and fish cutters. With 2 bedrooms and an additional walk-through room, each with a double bed, the vacation home can comfortably accommodate up to 5 people. An open kitchen, a shower room, a beautiful living/dining area with fireplace plus utility room with washing machine and dryer can be found on the first floor.

The exclusive and modern houseboat "Oma Ella" is located on the outer jetty of the yacht shipyard with an unobstructed view of the Heiligenhafen harbor entrance and the well-known Graswarder nature reserve. It offers about 50 m² of living space for 4 guests, 2 bedrooms with double beds, a separate shower room with toilet and a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. The large upper deck invites you to relax and sunbathe. There are no direct neighbors other than the twin houseboat "Opa Wilhelm".

Depending on the time of day and wind direction, noises can be heard in the garden. The siren of the volunteer fire department is located on the neighboring property. This is always tested on Saturday afternoon.

Moin und Herzlich Willkommen in unserer Wohnung in Dänschendorf auf Fehmarn. Kürzlich komplett renoviert lässt dieses Apartment in einem alten Kapitänshaus keine Wünsche offen. Auf 100m² habt ihr Platz für 6 Personen in 3 Schlafzimmern mit Doppelbetten. Abends vor dem Kamin, in der Fasssauna im Garten oder auf unserer Terrasse direkt am See könnt ihr nach einem ereignisreichen Tag entspannen. Für perfektes WiFi sorgt Internet über Glasfaser. A very bright and quiet apartment on the ground floor with a French balcony is available to you. In the living area, there is a sofa bed which can be used as a bed for a third person. The small kitchenette is well equipped. If you do not want to cater for yourself, you will find various cafes and restaurants in the old town of Burg. Our guests receive a parking card for the duration of their stay. You can use this throughout the island.

The apartment "Kuhstall" is located in a converted barn and is charmingly furnished with attention to detail. The open living area is cozily designed and you have a beautiful view of the private garden and terrace area. Two separate bedrooms are available. The kitchen is fully equipped and the bathroom is spacious with a walk-in shower. The farm is quietly located and the apartment offers a good retreat option.

The house is situated in the west of the island (Petersdorf). Good for families up to max 5 people or surfers. Kite and surf area 3 km. The house has a fireplace (wood available). The property is fenced. Shopping 300 m. The house has 3 bedrooms, two of which have a double bed, the third room is open, equipped with a sofa bed. Central heating is available.
