The house is newly renovated with a new kitchen, living room with wood-burning stove, dining room and an extra room with a daybed. There is access to a new wooden terrace of 25 sqm from the living room with sea view and direct access from the garden to the city's playground. 3 rooms on the 1st floor. All with a double bed.
