Small and cozy holiday apartment ( 27 m2) in the middle of the old town, a few meters from the pedestrian street with Maltfabrikken in the backyard and shopping opportunities just around the corner. You will be staying in a well-maintained one-bedroom holiday apartment, with a modern bathroom and a small but well-functioning kitchen. Everything is nicely well maintained. The apartment must be returned in the same cleaned condition as upon receipt. If you do not want to clean yourself, this can be purchased for kr. 300-. 1 bed is available on the couch for a child.

Nice view to the sea from the cottage and terrace. Only 50m from lovely beach. The house is 58 sqm and consists of well-equipped kitchen in open connection with dining area and living room. There are two bedrooms and an annex. There is a new bathroom with a shower. Around the house there is 100 m2 sun terrace furnished with dining and lounge furniture as well as hammock. Outdoor shower finishes the swim. Lovely covered evening terrace with patio heater and ball grill. May to Sep. there is 9 sqm annex space for 6 persons otherwise 5 persons.

Close to Ebeltoft C, Islands, beach & forest. Movie theater and bowling within 5 min drive. Mountain bike lane Space for 4 guests. Cromecast and Sonos. The cottage contains personal belongings that cannot be used. Cabinets and drawers are not available, however, service and kitchenware are allowed. A freezer drawer is available and space in the fridge for your own brought food. Please bring bed linen and towels. Ocean view, and 1.5 km to the nearest beach. Cleaning must be done before check-out

Nice large appartment - with the Best location

On Toldbodvej you are in the center of many experiences, whether you are into cozy Ebeltoft, Fregatten, The Harbour, or in for a dip by the beach in Vigen, it is all just a few steps away. It is not long to a walk or bike ride in the unique nature of Mols Bjerge. If it blows strongly from the west, it is only 4 km to the beautiful Boeslum beach at Kattegat with the clearest water. Thus, the area provides all the opportunities for an active and attractive stay.
