This is a large ground floor and courtyard duplex apartment with sea views. The South facing living room with its huge sash windows that overlook Plymouth Sound and the Hoe and has a TV. Down a flight of stairs is a large farmhouse style fully equipped kitchen/diner. There is also access to a private courtyard. There are two double en-suite bedrooms, a twin en-suite bedroom and a single bedroom. This apartment sleeps up to 7 adults or 9 people in total (to include any children). Pets welcome.

In the summer we recommend passing the time watching the glorious sunsets from your private balcony.

It is only a 10 minute walk to the water taxi to Plymouth’s historic Barbican and Plymouth Hoe The property has its own fenced in garden and parking place.
