Self-contained converted barn

Langmans Bothy is a self contained, converted barn sharing a drive with our home. It is neither attached to, nor visible from our home. It has a bedroom, shower room and loo, a living area which includes a sofa, TV, WiFi internet and a small kitchen area with a kitchen in a cupboard which contains a fridge, two ring hob and sink. There is a separate combi-oven and a small fridge/freezer. There is a south facing terrace with a table and two chairs overlooking our garden. There is no EV charger

Anchors Away in a tranquil setting with sea views

This detached accommodation is at the rear of the owner's house. Visitors use the carport & walk up a sloping path with half a dozen steps to a sun terrace for their sole use. The accommodation consists of a small entrance porch, living room with a terracotta tiled floor, neatly fitted galley kitchen, casual dining area, fully tiled shower room W.C. with vanity basin and a small double bedroom. The patio with its pergola has a built in bbq & a chimenea which makes it ideal for outside eating .

The cow shed.

Welcome to the Cow Shed. We are located in the village of Upton cross. The property is at the end of our garden but completely private with its own entrance and own patio. Our home is surrounded by a working farm which is home to a herd of cows for most of the year, some are shy but others a bit cheeky and will pop there heads over the wall to be nosey. We are based right on the edge of Bodmin moor with views of the cheese rings and Sharptor, we have a local pub and shop .

Annex accommodation with independent entrance. Comfortable, cosy and airy light space. Newly refurbished in 2017. Suitable private accommodation for 1-2 persons only. Well equipped small kitchen with fridge gas cooker and washing machine. Iron and hairdryer available. The location is 10-15 mins by car from Plymouth city centre, location of Plymouth University, also 5-10 mins from Derriford Hospital and Marjons uni. Local shop nearby and bus route. Good base.
