Apartment for 2 Persons near Cologne

We offer a complete apartment for 1-2 persons. The bedroom has one bed for 2 persons and we can add a baby bed if it is wanted. The kitchen is fully equipped. Of course towels and bed linen are included. You have short distances to the fairs of Cologne and Düsseldorf. You can reach this metropols in half an hour with the public transport. Our apartment is in the centre of the small town Haan (30,000 inhabitants). Within three minutes walk you reach various restaurants and shopping opportunities.

Haus im Haus Situation, moderne renovierte und möblierte 3 Zimmer Maisonette Wohnung. Dieses Objekt befindet sich im Wohngebiet, fußläufig zum S-Bahn Ost und dem Stadtkern mit seinem bunten Angebot. Neben einer voll ausgestatteten Einbauküche Herd und Ofen sowie einem großen Esszimmer mit optisch abgetrennter Ruheecke im EG, befinden sich das moderne Duschbad, ein separates Schlafzimmer und das Wohnzimmer mit eigenen Terrasse im Gartengeschoss. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen eigenen Waschkeller.

Gemütliches und mit ganz viel Liebe eingerichtetes Appartement in altem Fachwerkhaus. Separater Eingang, sonnige Terrasse.. hier "stören" nur die Vögel. Das Anwesen liegt am Ende einer Sackgasse inmitten von Wald und Wiesen. Ideal für Wanderer und Biker, los gehts direkt vor der Tür. Im großen Garten hinter dem Haus könnt ihr nach Lust und Laune in der Sonne liegen, unter dem Walnussbaum gemütlich sitzen, die Sauna nutzen (10,- für Nebenkosten) oder den Tag am Lagerfeuer ausklingen lassen!

Wunderschön renovierte und individuell eingerichtete, ruhige Gästesuite mit eigenem Eingang auf 2 Etagen mit 40qm. Beste Lage, 10min zu Fuß vom Stadtpark und der Altstadt entfernt, zahlreiche Ausflugsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Die eigene Terrasse mit Zugang vom stilvollen Wohnzimmer aus, der Blick auf den schönen Garten, die gesonderte Küche, das Gäste-WC sowie oben das Bad und vor allem der Schlafbereich mit Blick auf die umliegenden Gärten laden zu einem entspannenden Aufenthalt ein.

Tiny house auf zwei Etagen

Unsere Unterkunft befindet sich im Zentrum von Schwerte. Zufuß erreichst du den Bahnhof in 5 min und die Ruhr in 10 min. Cafés, Bäcker, Restaurants und Supermärkte sind fußläufig innerhalb von wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Auch die Rohrmeisterei ist nur einen Katzensprung von uns erntfernt. Unser Garten und unsere Trasse kann gerne mit genutzt werden. Solltest du mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs sein, kannst du es sicher in unserem Hof unterstellen. Der Zugang zu deiner Unterkunft ist autark.

Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

The side building has a separate entrance and it has two floors (internal staircase). It has a living room with access to a small but fully equiped kitchen. In the second floor you find the sleeping room with a working place and a wonderful bathroom. The location is quite central and has multiple access to public transport inclusive regional trains to Düsseldorf (three connections/hour, 30 minutes travel time).
