Beautiful house, beautiful location

I stayed at Thomas place for a week during a combined business / family visit. The place is unique, very lovely in a private neighbourhood. It is spacious and well equipped. Thomas was super friendly and helpful throughout the entire stay and made me feel at home from the first minute. Solingen is close to highways to locations like Dusseldorf, Cologne or Dortmund, all of which is reachable within an hours drive. If you are looking for something exceptional, give it a try.

The stay was just great! The accommodation was very clean, cozy and stylishly furnished. The proximity to the airport was particularly practical – ideal for my travel plans. The host was very friendly and helpful, and the communication was excellent. I felt completely comfortable and would love to come back. Absolute recommendation – 5 stars

Beautiful house with breathtaking views over Lake Baldeney. The house has everything you need for a good time in Essen, everything very high quality and even personal, which you can't find in every typical Airbnb. Throughout the house you can enjoy music in the best quality, for example through Spotify. Also, the house has a fully equipped modern kitchen with everything you need and even several fully automatic coffee machines. You can grill in the garden with a weaver or relax in your own house which has a heated hot tub and sauna. The hosts Clemens and Mr. Siegler are very friendly, extremely hospitable and are always easily accessible. No matter what I asked, everything was always done to make you feel comfortable. My girls and I just wanted to escape everyday life for a weekend and relax. Laureen's house was perfect for this. We were warmly welcomed and everything was shown and explained to us (whirlpool). The house is cozy and modernly furnished. We felt right at home. The recommended restaurants were also great. So, if you just want to let your mind wander, you've come to the right place with Laureen 🙂

Tom has a beautiful large apartment and a large garden which we did not want to use because of winter - snow and a lot of cold - many possibilities to do, the bus goes to the ski slopes and to Winterberg We 5 women had a lovely few days in the apartment

I was quite skeptical at first, about the promises and the price. However, my expectations were not met, but exceeded. Very nice communication, very clean accommodation and despite the proximity to the railway line super relaxing. The three nights were more relaxing than any holiday that lasted longer. Every detail has been thought of to make the holiday as relaxing as possible. A clear recommendation and would be happy to come back.

We enjoyed our short trip with the group very much and had a great time in this very beautiful and spacious location. Beautiful house for an unforgettable weekend away with our friend group. It was our own private castle! Large rooms, comfortable beds, and kitchen and bathrooms were large, clean and well equipped. We were greeted very friendly by the house’s caretaker and contact during and after our stay was very pleasant and friendly. Two small remarks: some of the rooms didn’t have curtains or blinds to block out daylight, and in some rooms the light switches were not working properly or confusing to use. But those are just minor issues because we had an amazing time in the villa. Thank you!

There were six of us there for an extended weekend. Overall, we felt comfortable. Communication with Richard was very pleasant, he always responded within a very short time. The house was as described, modern, clean and very cozy with the large terrace and fireplace. The sauna is an infrared sauna and heats to max. 60 degrees; if you have adjusted to a Finnish sauna, you will be a little disappointed. The kitchen is basically furnished, but there is a lack of sharp knives. The surroundings are quiet and beautiful, the bakery is within walking distance. The only downside: unfortunately, the bathroom smelled strongly of moisture.

Big house in the countryside! It's perfect for large family or group of friends. Also recommended with children due to the large garden. A few furniture/ fixtures could be replaced, but on the whole everything was tip top. We particularly liked the hot tub:) Check out was possible a little later by appointment.

Beautiful house with many amenities. It's also nice that previous residents leave things so that you can already run a wash or make coffee the first day. The village of Silbach is also very beautiful and has a nice shop and playground for the kids. Plenty to do in the area and with that it makes this vacation a 10!
