Flat "Feel the Silence of Nature"

Nice funished apartment of 20 qm which is located in a suburb of Dortmund called Aplerbeck at the end of a dead-end-street right in the middle of a nature reserve. You find the apartment in a two-family-house in a cultivated area. The apartment consistes of one bed-room for two, a small fully equiped kitchen with a table and two chairs and a bathroom with a bath tub. You find a separate entrance to get into the apartment. There is a cosy and homelike seating outside the apartment where you can spend some quiet relaxing moments. It is a very nice place. At night you can listen to the crying of some little owls which live in the nature reserve. Apart from that it is very quiet here. The motorway is 5 minutes away from us. You can reach the A1 and A45 (slip road is called Schwerte) within a few minutes. We have a carport right at the apartment. You can book breakfast, lunch and dinner if you want. I love cooking.

Apartment in a quiet two-family house on the outskirts of town

We offer a room with private bathroom and kitchen, TV, desk, Wi-Fi in our private home on the outskirts of town. Ideal for short breaks, but unsuitable for early to bed and late to rise and parties. Our house is rural and quiet, but still close to the center. The main train station and the city are about 10 minutes away (about 20 minutes on foot) A2 / A43 about 10 minutes, Public transport in the nearby vicinity. BergesGlück log cabin, edge of forest, fireplace, Sauerland

Our ecological log cabin, built in 2022, is located on the edge of an oak grove on a 550 m high plateau called Oesterberge, in the middle of the Sauerland Nature Park. When furnishing, we placed special emphasis on stylish and comfortable furnishings. For hikers, mountain bikers, but also for families with children, it becomes a small paradise. Located on the edge of our farm, guests of all ages can experience pure nature, tranquility and spectacular views.

Enjoy nature in an apple tree house and shepherd's wagon

Outdoor fans, take note! On our farm we have just the thing for you: A cozy wooden car with a loft bed (1.40 m) and sofa bed (1.20 m) and a shepherd's wagon with a large lying area (2 m x 2.20 m). There is also a shower house with toilet in the meadow. Our ducks and pigs live right next door. There is electricity. Wi-Fi is available in the farmhouse 150 meters away. There you can use a kitchen. Breakfast basket (also vegetarian) can be booked for €9/person

With its own outdoor sauna: The Mökki by Lake Möhne

The lake house is more than a vacation home in Finland, the "Mökki" between forest and water is a place of longing. It is used for saunas, hiking, boating, and breathing deeply. Our Mökki is located on the wooded southern shore of Lake Möhne. And it offers a bit of Finnish lifestyle. The cottage is close to the lake, secluded and surrounded by trees and shrubs. It has its own outdoor sauna and a fireplace. Welcome to your private hideaway!

Cozy apartment on Kuhlerkamp All Inclusive

On approx. 25 square meters you will find a cozy apartment with combined living/sleeping area, a small kitchen and a shower room. The apartment is suitable for one to two people or short stays with a toddler. A travel bed can be provided on request. Our all-inclusive package includes dish towels, towels and also fresh bed linens. If you are staying longer, you will of course receive another set of fresh towels and dish towels on request.

Quiet apartment in the south of Dortmund

We are renting out a total of approx. 25 m², quietly located apartment in Dortmund-Berghofen, close to Lake Phönix (by bus or car in 10 minutes). The A45 and A1 are 5 minutes away, and the city center is about 25 minutes (the night express also stops at our place / hourly). The stadium can be reached in 30 minutes. Restaurants, bakeries, shopping, etc. are within walking distance. Close by is the forest, ideal for mountain biking.

Small detached lodge - just finished - with a spacious terrace, bar-kitchen inside the living-/bedroom and separate bathroom for 2 persons. Hike into the nature in only 600 m and in 2,8 km is the next dam (lake). Next grocery store 250 m, next restaurants, bakery and takeaway in vicinity (350 m). Next big city for shopping tours 12 km. After consultation it`s possible to use the garden and do a barbecue.
