Flat "Feel the Silence of Nature"

Nice funished apartment of 20 qm which is located in a suburb of Dortmund called Aplerbeck at the end of a dead-end-street right in the middle of a nature reserve. You find the apartment in a two-family-house in a cultivated area. The apartment consistes of one bed-room for two, a small fully equiped kitchen with a table and two chairs and a bathroom with a bath tub. You find a separate entrance to get into the apartment. There is a cosy and homelike seating outside the apartment where you can spend some quiet relaxing moments. It is a very nice place. At night you can listen to the crying of some little owls which live in the nature reserve. Apart from that it is very quiet here. The motorway is 5 minutes away from us. You can reach the A1 and A45 (slip road is called Schwerte) within a few minutes. We have a carport right at the apartment. You can book breakfast, lunch and dinner if you want. I love cooking.

Auf ca. 25 qm finden Sie ein gemütliches Apartment mit kombiniertem Wohn-/Schlafbereich, einer kleinen Küche sowie einem Duschbad. Das Apartment eignet sich für ein bis zwei Personen oder auch kurze Aufenthalte mit Kleinkind. Ein Reisebett kann auf Wunsch gestellt werden. Unser All inkl. enthält Geschirrtücher, Handtücher und auch frische Bettwäsche. Sollten Sie einen längeren Aufenthalt vornehmen, erhalten Sie natürlich auf Wunsch nochmal einen Schwung frische Handtücher und Geschirrtücher.

Das Studio befindet sich im Dachgeschoß unseres Hauses im Süden der Stadt Mülheim an der Ruhr, im Stadtteil Holthausen/Raadt. Die ruhige Lage direkt am Landschaftsschutzgebiet schließt eine sehr gute Verkehrsanbindung nicht aus. Öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ins Zentrum und zum Hauptbahnhof erreicht man in wenigen Minuten fußläufig. Mit dem Auto ist man in 3 min auf der A52. Messe Essen: ca. 10 min; Messe Ddorf: ca. 30 min Flughafen Ddorf: ca. 20 min; CentrO : ca. 25 min (jeweils mit dem Auto)

Die Wohnung liegt in Sümmern am Rande von Iserlohn in ruhiger aber zentraler Lage, ein Auto ist zu empfehlen. Von der Abfahrt Iserlohn-Seilersee ist man in 7 Min. bei uns. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Barendorf, Hemer-Sauerlandpark, Seilersee mit Schwimmbad und Eissporthalle , die Dechenhöhle, Burg Altena, Dortmund sowie der Sorpesee sind gut zu erreichen. Eine Terrasse vor der Tür steht zur freien Verfügung, mit Tisch und Stühlen, um am Abend seinen Tag in Ruhe ausklingen zu lassen.

We warmly welcome you to our cosy flat. The flat is located in a quiet no-through road with enough parking spaces in the beautiful Hagen-Emst district. A separate entrance with a covered terrace facing south leads to the living room/bedroom, fully equipped kitchen and modern bathroom with walk-in shower. Surroundings: - Walking distance to the Stadthalle (10min), Hagen city centre (15min). University of Applied Sciences Südwestf., Fern-Uni (10 min by car). Bus stops on site.

Wir vermieten ein insgesamt rd. 25 m² großes, ruhig gelegenes Appartement in Dortmund-Berghofen, nahe am Phönixsee (mit Bus oder Auto in 10 MInuten). Zur A45 und A1 sind es 5 Minuten, zur Innenstadt mit Bus und U-Bahn rd. 25 Minuten (auch der Nachtexpress hält bei uns / stündlich). Das Stadion kann in 30 Minuten erreicht werden. Restaurants, Bäcker, Einkaufgelegenheiten usw. in fußläufiger Entfernung. Ganz in der Nähe liegt der Wald, ideal für Mountainbiking.

A wonderful, modern flat in the heart of Bochum

The flat is slightly bigger than 30m2 and comes with a living-/sleeping-area, a kitchen and a bathroom. The whole furniture is quite new and you can find all you need in here. Fast Wi-Fi is included, the bed is 1,40m x 2,00m and the kitchen is fully equipped. There is a 40" TV with Netflix, which you can use for free. You can find supermarkets, restaurants, bars and public transport within walking distance, the beautiful Westpark is just around the corner!

Nur eine Gehminute vom Phönixsee entfernt in einem 100 Jahre alten Haus in einem traditionsreichen Arbeiterviertel befindet sich unser Appartement "Trallafitti". Es wurde vor Kurzem frisch saniert und ist modern eingerichtet. Das Appartement bietet alles um ein paar entspannte Tage zu verbringen. Du hast ein privates Badezimmer und eine kleine Teeküche. Wenn du abends etwas unternehmen willst, bietet der nahe gelegene Phönixsee viele Restaurants und Bars.

Bamenohl Castle - Fireplace room apartment

The over 700 year old castle Haus Bamenohl is hidden behind old trees in the middle of an idyllic park in the heart of the Sauerland hills. As guest of the Vicounts of Plettenberg, who have been living here since 1433, you can relax for some quiet days alone, spend a romantic weekend for two at the fireplace or take a family outing. Whether it's hiking in the wonderful nature, cycling, sailing, golfing, skiing - Bamenohl is worth a visit.

After consultation it`s possible to use the garden and do a barbecue.
