Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Rovinj

Best house I’ve ever stayed at, fantastic. We were a large group of 17 people (5 kids) which came together from different countries and cities to chill and have fun. House offered everything it described, unbelievable architecture, great amenities, very cozy and clean, easy to reach. Large kitchen, comfortable furniture, fantastic patio, workable grill. Surrounding is decent (dry dock for speedboats and yachts next to the house), but still very calm (if you don’t count the local chickens and dogs which are providing the natural environment). The doors and windows are, however, brilliantly insulated so basically you will hardly hear anything when in one of the rooms. Till was a great host, always responsive and helpful in all aspects! Gave us recommendations, helped us prepare everything upfront, kudos. We definitely hope to return to Stara Škola for another great experience.

If you demand the finest, this house represents the pinnacle. The house is everything you see in the pictures and then some. You can feel the heart that has gone into restoring this house while preserving the soul of the architecture. The design and furnishings are luxurious and complements the house in a unique way. Even the little detailed touches and details are provided for, including toiletries, high-end bedding and towels. The kitchens are fully stacked: both inside and outside. While Istria has a lot of small coves and deserted beaches with cristal clear waters to offer, the decking beach in Moscenicka Draga is an exclusive way of experiencing the best of what Croatia has to offer from a beach perspective. Last but not least: Tanja and Oliver are top hosts. They are easy to communicate with, and does everything in their power to make sure, that your stay is truly a five-star experience. A hidden paradise for humans and dogs! Very close to all the beautiful beaches, hiking and surf spots!

We spent three weeks with child and dog at Alen. The house is great and Alen is a great host.

The house is just great. Just as described, rather better. The heated pool allows you to play in the water for hours. Children can be supervised from the shaded seating area. The many other play options in and around the house allow you to spend entire days in it without getting bored. The air conditioning keeps the house pleasantly cool and can be individually controlled. The equipment is in top condition. Ivan is a great host and responds in record time. We were there as a family with 5 adults and two children and would love to come back.

Very nice accommodation to unwind and relax. Saša is very friendly and helpful and easy to reach. Accommodation matches the description, offers everything you need. I was personally very satisfied and could imagine spending another holiday there

An absolutely wonderful villa & a wonderful host! Alan was a great host - responsive & kind: he came early in the morning in the middle of our week’s stay to clean the pool for us before we got up. He also gave us great local recommendations of activities to do & beaches to visit. The house itself is stunning - I would say even better than in the photos. It was spotlessly clean; beautiful, calming & private. We loved it as a great base for a family holiday with small children, exploring Istria. Would thoroughly recommend both host & house; & would happily come back again in the future. Thank you, Alan!

This place is highly recommended! When we arrived, we immediately felt comfortable. The area is very rural, green and quiet. The accommodation is very stylish with many warm colours - perfect to get away from everyday life. Overall, the accommodation is very spacious due to the three different levels. We couldn't figure out where to heat the pool, but we were always in the hot tub anyway. A perfect accommodation for us. However, we would recommend a maximum of 4 adults, otherwise you would have to share a room.

Gordana and Branko have a wonderful place on a lovely quiet street. It was very clean, spacious and well equipped. It also smelt lovely! I loved it and felt very at home. Gordana was also very kind, thoughtful and helpful. I would definitely go back!

Tibor's apartment offers everything you need for a short to medium holiday. Communication with him was always very straightforward and direct. Upon arrival, we were greeted by Tibor's mother and taken around the apartment and the property. A small welcome snack for guests of all ages is available in the living room. The accommodation itself was very clean and had everything you need in everyday life. The terrace offers a perfect outdoor retreat with plenty of space for breakfast, dinner, or just relaxing. The pool area is large enough for several guests. The pool itself offers the perfect opportunity to refresh yourself, do some sports, or play with your children. The area around the apartment is very quiet, to get to the nearest town, you would probably need a car, or bike, if you don't mind walking a bit, the same goes for the nearest beach.

I am very attentive to cleanliness and Ante's apartment was really clean and tidy; it is equipped with everything you need for your stay, including the kitchen equipped with everything you need to cook. Ante was available and the stay was great.

Wonderful place, beautiful view, easy access to the beach. Apartment is tidy and super clean. Hosts very friendly and accommodating. Whatever questions or help you may have, hosts are right downstairs.

Great little place for a few days in Pula. Quite clean and responsive hosts. In the kitchen, it would have been nice to have a coffee maker. Due to the proximity of the owners property- there’s a little less privacy. Otherwise, really cute place and worth the price.

We spent three really pleasant nights in Ana's apartment. She was very kind, nice and speaks Italian, which immediately made us feel comfortable. The house is cosy, very clean and fragrant, with a well-equipped kitchen that allowed us to eat comfortably at home. The outdoor terrace with sofas is also very relaxing. Quiet and residential area, super convenient indoor parking. The sea is 10 minutes away, the centre a little further, but everything is easily accessible. Everything perfect. Thank you Ana!

Everything was perfect. Very silent and clean appartment. Very nice welcome and always good and warm support by Oliver. We definitly recommend this nice place.
