Such a beautiful apartment with a stunning view. Light, airy, spacious and tastefully decorated. Little touches made it feel homely. Perfect location - a short walk from the iconic coliseum, beautiful restaurants, bars, shops and a gorgeous view of the sea. Tanja was so helpful and flexible with an early check-in.

Super friendly welcome by Igor Angelina’s partner who met us at Rovinj Bus Station and took us to the apartment showing us all the services and local restaurants We were provided with Bikes and cold beers wine milk and water in the fridge It really was an outstanding welcome and throughout our stay Really liked the spacious apartment superb location and balcony overlooking the sea So great sunsets in the evening as well Would not hesitate in recommending this apartment Thank you Angelina and Igor we hope to return in the future

Irma was very helpful and responsive. Locating the actual property was a bit tricky, we had to double park and call Irma who came outside to greet us. The address at Nikole Tesle 4 is the door with "Herak" on the letterbox. She helped us unload the luggage and drove us to the parking lot. She lives outside Porec, so it's best to ask any questions when she meets you. The apartment was well equipped, very clean and in a fantastic location, a short walk to the old town and restaurants/bars. Irma provided 2 sets of keys, a card for accessing parking, which was a 10min walk away, and a card to access the communal waste disposal bins downstairs. We couldn't get the washing machine to start so ended up going to a local laundromat which also had dryers (it rained for most of our stay). The old town was a treat and our visit to the Euphrasian Basilica was a highlight. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.

Sanja's apartment is perfect: very clean and equipped with everything you need for a very pleasant stay. The place is spacious, cozy with a spectacular view. The shower and bedding are of excellent quality. The neighborhood is peaceful and very secure. Beaches, shopping malls, and cultural activities are all within walking distance. We had our car which allowed us to visit beautiful places. Sanja welcomed us very warmly and gave us valuable advice. We'll be back for sure. We recommend this listing and thank Sanja again for its kindness.

A week of relaxation and a warm vacation in Croatia. We felt comfortable with Nada from the first moment. We were greeted with cake and drinks were already in the fridge. There were also cevapcici, pancakes and vegetables from the garden. When asked where there was good olive oil, the son even drove us to Fazana. We really enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere by the pool. The location of the apartment is excellent. On foot, you can quickly reach several beaches and in a few minutes you can reach Fazana and Pula by car. Restaurant recommendation on the beach Neno Bar and in Fazana the Konoba Vasianum.

This is a spacious apartment with beautiful balcony view. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. It’s just 5 mins walk to the beach and 7mins drive to the center of Rovinj. Lara is friendly and responsive host. I’d definitely return!

The four of us had a wonderful time at Milka's and Igor's house. The swimming coves are fantastic, but we mostly visited them by car, and on the property the insane vegetable garden, where we 🍅 enjoyed the most delicious tomatoes as well as peppers, zucchini etc. The outdoor shower was also particularly great and that we were surrounded by green countryside.

Really enjoyed our 5 day stay in October. Great location, close to the beach and other nearby locations. Very friendly and helpful hosts🙂

Only positive things about Jasmin. He was helpful and friendly and is flexible, which are the most important things for his work. Rovinj was magical as always.

Very nice house, so much space for several guests wonderful. Amenities are more than sufficient for a vacation rental. A short walk to the sea. You can walk into town a little longer, but a small supermarket is right around the corner. Check-in was personal and everything was shown. I would be happy to come back.

It was an unforgettable vacation. The view from the apartment directly to the sea, this mild climate even in October, everything very special. We really enjoyed being in this small but nice apartment. The location is perfect and fantastically beautiful. There is a private parking space right in front of the house and private access to the sea via stairs, incomparable. The approach directly to the house is daring, but doable. Mosquitoes were still very annoying in October. There was no supermarket open at the time, better shopping in Labin. Restaurant was open and a pizzeria in the nearby campsite. Renata was very easy to reach and very helpful. The only negative thing to mention is that the description mentions a washing machine. At least there wasn't one with us. Otherwise everything was great and absolutely recommended. We would have liked to have stayed longer.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

I highly recommend staying here. The home is well-equipped, and Sanja is a great host, very communicative, quick to respond to messages, willing to help when the problem arises.

We stayed at Alica's place for 11 days, we had a great time. Unfortunately, the first week (from mid-April) was rainy and windy, so we couldn't do so much. But the second week compensated us with 20 degrees and pure sun. In case of rain, the apartment is a little cool (but there is heating) and you can see the slightly older structure, which is no problem in good weather. There was everything you want, even a baby bath. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and the beds are comfortable. The view of the garden, among other things, of an olive tree and the sea tongue, which can be reached in 1 minute on foot, were simply wonderful. There are magnificent beaches and cliffs in the area, which can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes - you can slow down wonderfully here. We will be happy to come back!

We had a great stay at Tea’s apartment. Everything was immaculate. The apartment was perfectly placed for the city- could walk to everything easily. Apartment well equipped with everything you need/. We enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony. Communication was brilliant- lots of recommendations for places to eat/things to see. Would definitely return.

Anna's place had everything we needed for our 5 day summer trip. The location is the best, especially with kids: restaurants, little shops and the beautiful sea/beach close by. The konoba in front of the apartment, had 2 nights with live music until midnight, which was not the best for a good nights sleep. Communication with Anna was easy. Still it was a perfect stay and we enjoyed our time in Anna's apartment.

We had a great time at Diana's place. Very comfortable house, very clean and equipped with everything you need; located in a beautiful, very quiet area in front of the port. Very comfortable parking spot. Perfect host who has always responded quickly and precisely to our requests. Really very pleasant stay, we felt right at home. We will definitely be back! Very clean ans spacious flat with easy access to local beach. Second floor but stairs not steep. Feels like home. Large balcony with parasol table and chairs so perfect for morning breakfast or even lunch with a sea view. Very easy access to Pula city center as well as easy transit to north of Istria. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for families. We’ve enjoyed every minute of being there. Overall very good experience - thank you!

Zeljka and her father were a delight. Very helpful and communicative, with suggestions for things to do, places to eat, etc. Would highly recommend!
