Such a beautiful apartment with a stunning view. Light, airy, spacious and tastefully decorated. Little touches made it feel homely. Perfect location - a short walk from the iconic coliseum, beautiful restaurants, bars, shops and a gorgeous view of the sea. Tanja was so helpful and flexible with an early check-in.

Super friendly welcome by Igor Angelina’s partner who met us at Rovinj Bus Station and took us to the apartment showing us all the services and local restaurants We were provided with Bikes and cold beers wine milk and water in the fridge It really was an outstanding welcome and throughout our stay Really liked the spacious apartment superb location and balcony overlooking the sea So great sunsets in the evening as well Would not hesitate in recommending this apartment Thank you Angelina and Igor we hope to return in the future

Irma was very helpful and responsive. Locating the actual property was a bit tricky, we had to double park and call Irma who came outside to greet us. The address at Nikole Tesle 4 is the door with "Herak" on the letterbox. She helped us unload the luggage and drove us to the parking lot. She lives outside Porec, so it's best to ask any questions when she meets you. The apartment was well equipped, very clean and in a fantastic location, a short walk to the old town and restaurants/bars. Irma provided 2 sets of keys, a card for accessing parking, which was a 10min walk away, and a card to access the communal waste disposal bins downstairs. We couldn't get the washing machine to start so ended up going to a local laundromat which also had dryers (it rained for most of our stay). The old town was a treat and our visit to the Euphrasian Basilica was a highlight. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return again.

L'appartement de Sanja est parfait : très propre et équipé de tout le nécessaire pour un séjour très agréable. Le logement est spacieux, confortable avec une vue spectaculaire. La douche et la literie sont d'excellente qualité. Le quartier est paisible et très sécurisé. Les plages, les centres commerciaux et les activités culturelles sont tous accessibles à pied. Nous avions notre voiture ce qui nous a permis de visiter des endroits magnifiques. Sanja nous a très bien accueilli et nous a donné de précieux conseils. Nous reviendrons, c'est certain. Nous recommandons ce logement et remercions encore Sanja pour son amabilité.

Eine Woche entspannen und herzlichen Urlaub in Kroatien. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an bei Nada wohlgefühlt. Wir wurden mit Kuchen begrüßt und im Kühlschrank lagen bereits Getränke. Außerdem gab es Cevapcici, Palatschinken und Gemüse aus dem eigenen Garten. Auf die Nachfrage, wo es gutes Olivenöl gibt, fuhr der Sohn mit uns sogar nach Fazana. Wir haben die entspannte Atmosphäre am Pool sehr genossen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend. Zu Fuß ist man schnell an mehreren Stränden und in wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Fazana und Pula. Restaurantempfehlung am Strand Neno Bar und in Fazana die Konoba Vasianum.

This is a spacious apartment with beautiful balcony view. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything needed for cooking. It’s just 5 mins walk to the beach and 7mins drive to the center of Rovinj. Lara is friendly and responsive host. I’d definitely return!

Wir hatten zu viert eine wundervolle Zeit in Milkas und Igors Haus. Fantastisch sind die Badebuchten, haben wir meist jedoch mit dem Auto aufgesucht, und auf dem Grundstück der wahnsinnige Gemüsegarten, wo wir die leckersten Tomaten 🍅 genossen haben sowie Paprika, Zucchini etc. Besonders toll war auch die Außendusche und dass wir umgeben von grüner Landschaft waren.

Die Besitzer der Unterkunft waren total süß und aufmerksam! Die Unterkunft war super idyllisch und ruhig. Hier kann man sich jeden Abend beim Grillen auf der Terrasse super entspannen. Der Strand ist in ca. 5 Minuten fußläufig erreicht. Man kann das Auto direkt vor der Unterkunft abstellen. Die Unterkunft hat alles was man braucht. Es war sauber und gemütlich. Ein größerer Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten erreichbar. Pula ist in 15 Minuten Autofahrt erreichbar. Die Lage war einfach perfekt.

Only positive things about Jasmin. He was helpful and friendly and is flexible, which are the most important things for his work. Rovinj was magical as always.

Sehr schönes Haus, wahnsinnig viel Platz für mehrere Gäste wunderbar. Ausstattung ist für eine Ferienunterkunft mehr als ausreichend. Ein kurzer Fußweg bis zum Meer. Etwas länger läuft man in die Stadt, aber ein kleiner Supermarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Der Check in war persönlich und es wurde alles gezeigt. Immer wieder gerne!

Es war ein unvergesslicher Urlaub. Der Blick aus der Wohnung direkt aufs Meer, dieses milde Klima noch im Oktober, alles sehr besonders. wir haven es sehr genossen in dieser kleinen, aber feinen Wohnung zu sein. Die Lage ist perfekt und traumhaft schön. es gibt einen eigenen Parkplatz direkt vorm Haus undxeknen eigenen Zugang zum Meer über Treppen, unvergleichlich. Die Anfahrt direkt zum Haus ist gewagt, aber machbar. Mücken wsren auch im Oktober noch sehr lästig. Es war zu unserem Zeitpunkt kein Supermarkt offen ,einkaufen besser in Labin. Gaststätte war eine offen und eine Pizzeria im nahegelegenen Campingplatz. Renata war sehr unkompliziert zu erreichen und sehr hilfsbereit. Einzigst negativ zu erwähnen ist, dass in der Beschreibung von einer Waschmaschine die Rede ist. Diese gab es zumindest bei uns nicht. Sonst war alles top und absolut empfehlenswert. Wären gern noch länger geblieben.

Gorgeous little house just outside Umag. Two minutes stroll to the sea and a couple of restaurants/beach bars. The house comes with an SUP and two bikes which was great. We drove into Umag most evenings for dinner where there are loads of restaurants, we particularly liked the ones along the sea front. We also drove to Rovinj which is beautiful and Porec. We felt Umag was nicely off the beaten track, away from other busy places in August.

Serdecznie polecam pobyt w tym miejscu. Dom świetnie wyposażony, a Sanja jest świetnym gospodarzem, bardzo komunikatywna, szybko odpowiada na wiadomości, chętnie pomaga, gdy pojawi się problem.

Wir haben 11 Tage in der Unterkunft von Alica verbracht, wir hatten eine tolle Zeit. Leider war die erste Woche (ab Mitte April) verregnet und windig, so dass wir nicht soviel unternehmen konnten. Aber die zweite Woche hat uns mit 20 Grad und purer Sonne entschädigt. Bei Regen ist die Wohnung etwas kühl (es gibt aber Heizung) und man merkt die etwas ältere Bausubstanz, was bei gutem Wetter kein Problem ist. Es war alles vorhanden was man sich wünscht, sogar eine Babybadewanne. Die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Betten sind bequem. Der Ausblick in den Garten u.a. auf einen Olivenbaum und die Meerzunge, die in 1 Minute zu Fuß erreichbar ist, waren einfach wunderbar. Es gibt in der Gegend herrliche Strände und Klippen, die mit dem Auto in 10-15 Minuten erreichbar sind- man kann hier wunderbar entschleunigen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

We had a great stay at Tea’s apartment. Everything was immaculate. The apartment was perfectly placed for the city- could walk to everything easily. Apartment well equipped with everything you need/. We enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony. Communication was brilliant- lots of recommendations for places to eat/things to see. Would definitely return.

Anna's place had everything we needed for our 5 day summer trip. The location is the best, especially with kids: restaurants, little shops and the beautiful sea/beach close by. The konoba in front of the apartment, had 2 nights with live music until midnight, which was not the best for a good nights sleep. Communication with Anna was easy. Still it was a perfect stay and we enjoyed our time in Anna's apartment.

Ci siamo trovati benissimo nella casa di Diana. Casa molto confortevole, molto pulita e dotata di tutto il necessario; situata in una bellissima area molto tranquilla di fronte al porto. Posto auto comodissimo. Host perfetto che ha sempre risposto velocemente e precisamente alle nostre richieste. Soggiorno davvero molto piacevole, ci siamo trovati come a casa. Sicuramente torneremo! Very clean ans spacious flat with easy access to local beach. Second floor but stairs not steep. Feels like home. Large balcony with parasol table and chairs so perfect for morning breakfast or even lunch with a sea view. Very easy access to Pula city center as well as easy transit to north of Istria. Hosts are very friendly and responsive. Highly recommended for families. We’ve enjoyed every minute of being there. Overall very good experience - thank you!

Zeljka and her father were a delight. Very helpful and communicative, with suggestions for things to do, places to eat, etc. Would highly recommend!

The apartment was very charming. It had a beautiful view of the ocean🌊 and the location was great, many restaurants near by and lots to do! We enjoyed our stay very much!😃
