The accomodation is located at "Centener", one of the exlcusive living areas of Rovinj. The house consits of a two rooms apartment situated on the first floor. The apartment has two double beds and an addtional single bedcouch. The living room is divided into living/sleeping area and kitchen area. The kitchen is fully equiped. Bathroom constains shower and toilet. In front of the flat you can find a nice terrace which invites for relaxing in the sun or cooling down in the evening. Next two the house is a big garden with a huge stone dining table perfectly made for outdoor BBQs. BBQ equipment is also included. Next to: 5 min walk to two supermarkets, 15 min walk to the center of the city, 15 min walk to the beach, 5-10min walk to excellent restaurants. The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

Our apartment is stone house on two levels brimming with character and restored with respect for its innate simplicity. All rooms are furnished to excellent standard, in an elegant country style with original beds. House contains 3 bedrooms and each has a bathroom with shower. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table. In living room there is a flat screen TV and folding sofa. Outside of the house there is terrace. Every room has air conditioning and access to free WI-FI.

We fell in love with Rovinj and decided to buy an apartment here in the old town. We just finished renovating it and are over the moon with the result. We are sure you will love your stay in our spacious old town apartment located right in the old town in proximity of everything. You will be happy to know the main parking area is just a 5 minutes walk from the apt. The fish and farmer's market are right in front while the main square is just 100m away. The location is just perfect.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

It awaits you 10 minutes walk from the historic center of Rovinj. It consists of a large garden with private parking, kitchenette and living room, bathroom with shower on the ground floor and on the first floor 2 bedrooms and bathroom with tub and a big terrace with gazebo.In the garden you can use the grill.
