Das lichtdurchflutete Appartement ist sehr geräumig und erstreckt sich über zwei Etagen, wodurch es auch ideal für Familien geeignet ist. Die Wohnung ist auf jeder Etage mit einer Klimaanlage ausgestattet. Von hier aus lassen sich Restaurants, Bars und die traumhaft schöne Altstadt von Rovinj bestens erkunden.

This beautiful apartment is located in Rovinj and is close to the center (about 10 minutes walk to the old town). It offers space for up to 3 people and is equipped with a super comfortable double bed 180 x 200 cm and a sofa bed 160 x 200 cm. Coffee machine, kettle, toaster, a TV with satellite connection and free WiFi are also available. Our small but cozy balcony is perfect for a breakfast in the fresh air or a glass of wine in the evening.

Our bright and airy app is set on a first floor of a small residential building, built in 1962. Being located in Monvidal, a quiet neighborhood of town, makes it a great starting point from which to explore all the main city’s attractions. It only takes a 5 min. walk to our magnificent Amphitheater and about 10 min walk to the heart of old town. Farmers market and strict city center is less than 15 min walk away.

The apartment is 54m2, with a fully equipped kitchen and living room in the same big space, a separate bedroom, bathroom and balcony. It is equipped with air-conditioner, satellite TV, WiFi, radio with MP3 player. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.
