Waterfront holiday rentals in Rovinj

Very nicely decorated, peaceful, private apartment in a beautiful fjord. Loved the beach bar a short walk down the road.

Our stay as a family of 4 with two children (3.5) was very pleasant. Personal contact with the landlords who live one floor above us was perfect. A prime example of what AirBnB is meant for. Very child-friendly and even extra a bed guard was provided. For the short walk to the beach, there is even your own small sliding wagon. Bicycles to borrow are also provided. Everything was perfect.

Stoja is really comfortable and quiet as an area, with the car you can get to the centre of Pula in 7/8 minutes. We preferred to travel by bus because it is very practical: in a maximum of 12/13 minutes you can get to the central stop (Giardini 3 p&r stop), having a rechargeable card (which Bernarda had already left on the table with about 7 euros inside😍) each trip costs only €0.90. The stop is one minute from the apartment. Also nearby is the Max City shopping centre and a bakery. The beach is a minute's walk away and is wonderful. 😍 Of course, it is rocky, but almost all the beaches here are. There is little to say about the apartment, small but beautiful. The veranda and the garden overlooking the sea are very charming, comfortable bed, well-equipped kitchen and we also used the washing machine. Bernarda, her husband and little Dotty are really kind and helpful. We thank you from the bottom of our hearts and hope to see you again ❤️

Wow, we are now back a couple of days and have had the most amazing time in Porec. Irma was absolutely lovely and communicated quickly throughout our stay. The apartment was absolutely beautiful and very well equipped. Our first visit and definitely won’t be our last. Thank you Irma.

We had a great stay, the studio was exactly what we need. Location within the old city was great. Josip was very helpful, drove us on arrival and departure to our car. Communication was very easy, highly recommend the studio and the hosts.

If you want to go on holiday in Medulin/Pula, the accommodation is perfect in terms of location. You can reach many things on foot or with a short drive. The accommodation was quiet despite the great location. It could possibly be difficult if neighbours in the same house are louder at night, as you can hear this through the walls. Unfortunately, this was the case during our stay (which is then more difficult to influence). Otherwise, the accommodation met all the factors, it was very, very clean and beautifully furnished. Wolfgang has compiled all the important information in a paper, which made the check-in, etc. much easier. Communication with the hosts was always quick and friendly!

The four of us had a wonderful time at Milka's and Igor's house. The swimming coves are fantastic, but we mostly visited them by car, and on the property the insane vegetable garden, where we 🍅 enjoyed the most delicious tomatoes as well as peppers, zucchini etc. The outdoor shower was also particularly great and that we were surrounded by green countryside.

We were very warmly welcomed by Ilija and Ljublica and felt at home from the beginning. We really appreciated the many little things from the garden! The house and location is perfect to walk to the beach, restaurants, small grocery store in the village and the bakery. Thank you for the unforgettable stay!

Only positive things about Jasmin. He was helpful and friendly and is flexible, which are the most important things for his work. Rovinj was magical as always.

Very clean and nice accommodation, we were also allowed to check in much earlier on request and the hostess speaks good German. The beach is easily accessible and equipped, offers shaded places and a beautiful, inexpensive beach bar. The water is turquoise but cloudy & nature breathtaking! The only drawback we have is that the images of the listing are outdated. Most of the furnishings have now been replaced or removed - but this is positive, especially at the top of the living room - or elsewhere. Also the large apartment complex right next door does not even exist in the pictures. This keeps it shaded for a long time, especially in the outdoor area. The village is quiet and empty, apart from the boats and cars in the harbor and a large power plant next door. However, many people travel daily to the beach & at one night there was even a big concert there. We had a lovely time overall and did not disappoint!

What a fabulous home. So spacious and with every facility you could imagine. We were welcomed on check in by Hiru who was very helpful and again on check out. She was always available if required. The house was amazing and whilst a taxi ride from the town, still had a shop and a few restaurants within meters. Would definitely recommend staying here - great for a family or group of friend.

The location of the place is perfect - a private beach is right next to it, you can walk to the place in 5 minutes and wonderful walks are very close. The hosts were easily accessible and when something didn't work in the apartment, the problem was promptly resolved. The kitchen is very, very well equipped - everything you need for cooking is there. Sveta Marina is a very quiet place and you can relax here well. We would happily come back.

Cristian is a very accommodating host. :-) Easily accessible from the start and solved all minor issues promptly. We would love to come back to Rovinj!

We stayed at Alica's place for 11 days, we had a great time. Unfortunately, the first week (from mid-April) was rainy and windy, so we couldn't do so much. But the second week compensated us with 20 degrees and pure sun. In case of rain, the apartment is a little cool (but there is heating) and you can see the slightly older structure, which is no problem in good weather. There was everything you want, even a baby bath. The apartment is very tastefully furnished and the beds are comfortable. The view of the garden, among other things, of an olive tree and the sea tongue, which can be reached in 1 minute on foot, were simply wonderful. There are magnificent beaches and cliffs in the area, which can be reached by car in 10-15 minutes - you can slow down wonderfully here. We will be happy to come back!

Great stay, close to the water, friendly and kind neighbors.

We had a great stay at Tea’s apartment. Everything was immaculate. The apartment was perfectly placed for the city- could walk to everything easily. Apartment well equipped with everything you need/. We enjoyed the sunsets on the balcony. Communication was brilliant- lots of recommendations for places to eat/things to see. Would definitely return.

A nice and clean place, in a good location close to the beach, about a 10-minute walk to the center. The hosts are lovely, accommodating, and welcoming. Recommendation!

Anna's place had everything we needed for our 5 day summer trip. The location is the best, especially with kids: restaurants, little shops and the beautiful sea/beach close by. The konoba in front of the apartment, had 2 nights with live music until midnight, which was not the best for a good nights sleep. Communication with Anna was easy. Still it was a perfect stay and we enjoyed our time in Anna's apartment.

I spent 10 days here with my wife and two daughters (3 & 5). The apartment is beautifully furnished and above all, what is always important to us, very clean. Everything for daily needs was provided (e.g. Zewa, detergent, dishwasher tablets, etc.) we would not have had to bring anything😁. All in all, the apartment corresponds exactly to what is shown. Communication with the landlords was also very good - short response times and always helpful. A summary of the location, activities, etc. was available in the apartment. This has proven to be very helpful. The beach can be reached on foot in about 20 minutes. It takes about 3 minutes by car and there is endless parking (at the level of Dog Beach). For families with children, I would definitely recommend the 'Emily Beach' (about 5-10 minutes' walk from the car park). All in all, it was a very nice holiday and we would love to come back! 😊👍

Excellent, excellent, excellent. The whold experience was great, great value for money, property was better than exoected. The location was really good. We've been to pula 4 times before and discovered and whole new area. And cant fault anythjbg about petra apartment, everything was excellent and excelled in our expectations

It was really nice to meet not just the host, but her whole family. After three days it felt like we know each other for years. Place itself is in the top location, it very peacefull and it has all U need.

A fantastic nice apartment that has everything. The location is wonderful with a nice view of the bay and the garden offers both sun and shade all day. Fresh and clean in the apartment. We asked for the repair of a bed as well as the pool needed to be taken care of and it was resolved the very next day. We would be glad to come back.
