Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Round Hill Village

The area is so beautiful and peaceful, was beyond our expectations. So many great restaurants to choose, but the best is the Lake!! Weather was perfect and Lake Tahoe is gorgeous!

The place is super clean and quiet. It seems to be recently remodeled. Appliances are new and easy to use. Convenient for driving to the South Lake Tahoe. The bunker bed provides good flexibility for different combination of travelers. I would definitely recommend and love to stay here again if we visit South Lake Tahoe area in the future.

House was great, Will was very communicative and helpful. We had a hiccup one day and Will did his best to rectify asap. Beautiful property.

We had a wonderful stay at Sonia’s place this past weekend. It was perfect for our two families with kids - super clean and comfortable, well stocked and furnished, modern decor, and thoughtful touches. Everything was neatly labeled and if you forgot toothbrushes or toothpaste, etc, she is kind enough to supply extras. Her place is conveniently located near town, next to restaurants and grocery stores. Sonia is extremely responsive and a great communicator. We would love to stay at her place again for future Tahoe trips.

This was the perfect house for our family reunion! We enjoyed the private beach and the quiet neighborhood. We could watch the sunset over the lake and see the twinkling lights of south shore. Each bedroom is large and the great room and deck are fabulous!

We’ve stayed in Airbnbs around the world, and this cabin is one of our favorites. The view from the back porch is breathtaking, with direct access to forest trails. Inside, it’s perfect for families. Our kids loved the skeeball and Nintendo Switch upstairs, and we all relaxed downstairs or in the hot tub with peaceful forest views. The home is clean, well-stocked, and beautifully updated. When we left behind a bag of books, Kyle the host quickly helped us get it back. Can’t recommend this place enough, truly special! And we can't wait to come back.

The place had all the necessary essentials for cooking and the stay. It had nice extras too like games in the yard. It is maybe a 1 minute walk from the water and has a small view of the lake from a balcony. The public boat ramp is about a 5 to 10 minute walk (depending how fast you walk) which was convenient for us. I would warn anyone with physical limitations that the stairs getting in and out of the house are steep and difficult to navigate with said limitations.

Joan was a great host and very responsive. Our family had a great trip and won’t hesitate to come back to this location.

Anastasia was a wonderful and responsive host. She was incredibly helpful and flexible, making the entire experience smooth and stress-free. Her kindness and attentiveness really stood out. The place itself was charming and beautifully quiet — a perfect, peaceful retreat. Highly recommended!

We loved staying at this air bnb, there were a couple things missing or broken that we needed, laundry detergent, etc. all in all though great neighborhood and place to book for a couple of nights. For anyone else booking for the summer time, there was no AC although the fans work great and open windows at night too. It was perfect for smaller company, for us it was just 2 people and the area was absolutely lovely, we would definitely recommend!

My wife and visited for a friend's wedding. It was a peacful and restive place to stay with a great view. It is also close to some really nice hiking trails.

Nice place would highly recommend staying here. It’s perfect for 4 people. The water pressure was amazing and we got hot water in the shower, place was neat and tidy! Note: if you’re a light sleeper, you can hear people walking on the floor above so you might get disturbed. If it doesn’t bother you and you can sleep through that mild noise, this is a great place to stay in Tahoe!

Modern rustic, aesthetically pleasing decor, peaceful & serene location, bucolic sunrises, close drive to Stagecoach, cozy tiny kitchen, personal touches in bathroom & kitchen - like: makeup cloths, mouthwash, toothbrushes, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner, tea, Keurig pods, chapsticks & hand sanitizer, family friendly games, 2 modern fireplaces & battery operated candles, make for a pure escape into the mountains & trees, close to the clandestine most beautiful lake. I only wish the hot tub was available year round, especially after a glorious day shredding the slopes! Thank you to Michael - for being attentive to details & design, available to queries, & flexible with plans. Our family, including our Samoyed, Nicco, enjoyed our stay & adventures in the beautiful Sierra Nevada mountains! 🏔️ It was really hard to leave & look forward to returning soon!

It was lovely, they let us check in about an hour early, an check out an hour later than the regular time. Much appreciated.

Annie's studio has the ideal location in South Lake Tahoe with a lot of activities and scenic routes to Emerald Bay and varies waterfalls. Her place has a comfortable king size bed to rest at night and a little kitchenette to prep foods for hiking or outdoor picnics. In door parking is a plus especially during snow season.

Great stay, we will check available at Monte’s place next time time we are in the Tahoe area.

The view was spectacular and exactly as described. Gary's instructions for the property were very helpful. The place was very clean and had all the amenities we needed. Only issue i had was i wish the tv in the bedroom was located in a better spot. Overall though great place to stay would recommend to others.

This is how it should be... direct contact with a responsive owner who is sharing their personal home. (not a corporate rental!) Chris always answered quickly when we had a question. Location was great for those who prioritize skiing and relaxing. View from balcony of Lake Tahoe was amazing! Shared hot tub just down the stairs and across the parking lot was great after skiing. Full kitchen to cook meals was wonderful, and well stocked with pots/pans/etc. Thank you Chris!!!

Awesome place to stay! Felt right at home!

We really enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and view from here. Plenty of close parking. Bed was comfy, kitchen was well stocked (just needed a sponge or dishcloth to wash the dishes with), and streaming services on TV in living area was great. Bathrooms are a little cramped but I’m a tall person. Pool & spa was too far away and in the middle of a construction project but not a big deal. We appreciated being able to have our dog with us, very nice perk.
