We loved every minute of our stay! It was easy to find, cozy, quiet, and clean. We especially loved the heated floors and how the kitchen had everything we could possibly need.

Everything was as expected. Very clean and well supplied. Close to all great restaurants and Incline Village activities. Would highly recommend staying here for anyone and will be back ourselves for sure.

Great stay, great host! The place was very clean and well decorated, clean and exactly as advertised. Holly was a great host; very responsive, flexible and even helped us recover a forgotten item after checkout. I highly recommend this spot and will be returning soon!

Condo was lovely and very comfortable. Many thoughtful touches and amenities. Very well located; convenient to Incline Village and Kings Beach.

We really enjoyed our stay at Elie's! Check in was a breeze, and it had everything we needed for a comfortable, relaxing weekend. Elie is super responsive and made things so easy.

We inquired extremely late and originally it sounded like the booking would not work, but ultimately Victor accommodated us (he certainly didn’t have to), and he went out of his way to make sure our booking still worked. The area is peaceful and great during the snow and the house is nice. Lovely fireplace, nice big bedrooms. Nice kitchen. Appreciated the option for amenities although we didn’t need the pool in the snow! One thing that was unclear from the profile at the time: due to allergies, they do not want even service dogs at the property.

Our stay in Lake Tahoe was absolutely perfect! The place was beautiful, exactly like the pictures, and spotless. We had no trouble finding it thanks to the clear instructions from the hosts, who were fantastic with communication from start to finish. The home had everything we needed—full amenities, cozy atmosphere, and all the little details that made it feel special. It was the perfect spot to celebrate my mom’s birthday. She had an amazing time and couldn’t stop smiling! We felt completely at ease and enjoyed every moment. No issues at all during our stay, just peace, comfort, and the natural beauty of Lake Tahoe all around us. We’re so grateful to the hosts for providing such a lovely and stress-free experience. We will definitely be coming back again next year without a doubt. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway. Thank you again for making our trip so wonderful! The place was very cozy, stunning views, relaxed feeling. Location was perfect & quiet. Katie was excellent communicator , replied to our questions in few minutes. In short , if we rent a place to stay, this will be it 😋

Excellent stay! The beds were comfortable & showers were luxurious! The views were private a peaceful. Everything was in close distance. Check in & out were easy. Everything we needed to use to cook was in the kitchen. We had an issue with the blinds & our contact Vita addressed it right away. We’ll return for sure.

Our stay at Ali’s was exactly what we were looking for. Super comfy, clean, updated, and well stocked. Great shower. Beds were comfortable - note that one is firmer and one is softer to suit people’s preferences. Two parking spots available, one has to be behind the other. The host is extremely communicative and makes sure you have everything you need. Overall, happy with our stay in Kings Beach. Thank you, Ali!!

Lovely townhome in a beautiful mountain resort community. We did have a problem with the dishwasher, but the staff and maintenance was very responsive in fixing the problem. Host checked in with us a few times to confirm that all problems were handled and that all was good. We look forward to staying here again.

We had a great time at Shannon’s place! Kitchen was stocked with what we needed and dish washer made a clean up a breeze. Was able to do laundry before we came back home. We got to have a horse sleigh 10 min away from house and go on snowmobile rides with the whole family. We had 2 kiddos (5 & 2) with us and had no problem with the staircase inside. Our stay was comfortable and perfect for the 6 of us! Parking was easy for 2 cars too right outside of our door. Thank you so much for the easy instructions with pictures you sent. We loved our stay and will be back here.

Colleen's place was great!! I visited in November with my two young boys. They loved the bunk beds and fun locker dresser. The house is super convenient- walkable to coffee and downtown restaurants. Colleen was amazing, she texted me about a potential issue with the bed way before my stay and even recommended some local playgrounds for us. If your visiting from out of town with kids I would recommend John Malkins park 🤌

The house was absolutely perfect for our family ski trip. The beds were very comfortable. Water bedside upon arrival. The kitchen was fully equipped with cookware and dishes. A few basic spices, salt, pepper, etc. The cocktail bar had a variety of glassware, shakers, etc. Nice laundry. All around very comfortable. Diamond peak lodge is 2 minutes away. Great location. Andrea is a great host. She responded to all my questions and concerns within a few minutes. I would highly recommend.

We had a terrific stay at this beautiful townhouse. It’s just as pictured. There was plenty of space for our two families (4 adults & 3 teens/tweens). There’s a grocery store (Raley’s O-N-E) just a few minutes away, and Northstar and downtown Truckee are both only a 10-minute drive. Appreciated that Ryan messaged a couple of times just to check in and make sure we didn’t need anything. (We didn’t.) Especially enjoyed the views, hot tub, and gas fireplace!

A cute and cozy country home, with tall trees around. The decor was kitschy and fun with all the bear items. Plenty of room for 4 adults (we didn’t need the bedroom with the bunk beds). Nice modern bathrooms. When we had trouble with an appliance, the owners responded quickly and came to fix it. Good amount of items for cooking. They left us coffee and tea. Overall we had a great time there. Know that the location was windy and cool in June, so bring a jacket.

Comfortable and clean! Was a great space for our group three adults and a preschooler. Especially appreciated having a larger fridge and a kitchen well-equipped for light cooking so we could make some meals at home rather than dining out for the entirety of our vacation.

The place is beautiful, clean, and cozy, and our host was great! Will responded to all of my questions and was generous enough to allow our dog Yuzu to stay, despite submitting our pet information late. Me and my party loved this place, and would love to return if we do another ski trip in the following years!

Great location that close to restaurants, grocery stores, attractions. This place is quiet and good for relaxing. The entire house is clean and well organized. We had a wonderful time there!

Our condo was perfect for our family of four. The kids loved the loft space, and felt excited to have the old school Nintendo to play with! The front desk staff was very kind, and even suggested activities for our kids the day of the major winter storm when we couldn’t go skiing. Loved how close it was to Heavenly village. Thanks!

Great place to stay! The home was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The peaceful setting and fresh air in the woods made it even more relaxing. The host was friendly and helpful.

Excellent stay. Very well stocked with extras such as toiletries, cleaning supplies, extra towels and blankets, games, etc. House was clean and homey—would definitely stay here again. There was construction going on a few feet outside of townhome and it was pretty loud at times, but we still thoroughly enjoyed our stay!
