Great location! Place was clean. Great spot if you like to ski!

The place is beautiful and minutes away from the beach. It’s close to all the restaurants while quiet at night. We had some trouble checking in as the keypad on the door went out of battery. However, Jason was quite responsive and helped us address the issue quickly

We were a group of 8 people, stayed here for 2 nights. The house was incredibly clean, spacious and warm. Location was close to a lot of places we went to. They graciously extended the checkout time by an hour. We left one of our bags in the house while checking out, and we got a call in half an hour to both the first and the secondary contact listed in the booking. We were able to get it back before we started back home. Overall, the stay was comfortable, convenient and worth every penny.

We had a great stay. The condo was very well stocked with the essentials and and in a great location with easy access to the beach and downtown. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a blast!! Megan was very responsive. Nice quiet place. Could use 1 more tv for the master bedroom. Would definitely recommend.

This place can’t be beat for location! What a game changer to be able to ski in and out especially with a larger group- came back whenever to eat, use the bathroom, shed a layer on a warm afternoon, get right back out there! Clean and accurate descriptions. Just be aware there are 3 flights of stairs straight from the front door! Chauncey was so kind to arrange a pick up for one of us that left a jacket. Great dining space for a big group, just a lil bit of a tight kitchen, just a heads up!

Dave's place is just as advertised. It is a short drive to the Nevada lifts at Heavenly, and convenient to South Lake. It also perfectly placed between the Epic resorts of Kirkwood, Heavenly, and Northstar. I had a few questions during my stay, and Dave was always responsive. The house could use a few more creature comforts for multiple guests, such as a place to store ski equipment, coats, and more dining space. On the whole, I had a great stay and I would stay there again.

Condo is in a great location for visiting South Lake Tahoe. It was very quiet while we were there. We only used the pool once as it was still a little cool, but it was nice to have the option available. We enjoyed being able to grill. Everything we needed to enjoy our 5 nights was provided. Beds are comfortable. It was warm upstairs but with a couple fans going it cooled off. Restaurants and groceries are just a few minutes away. We would stay again if we were back in the area. We enjoyed our time here it was an easy check in, cozy Airbnb, nice neighborhood and heavenly is very close by- walking distance.

Great place to stay in a beautiful neighborhood. Walk to the beach, quick drive to Safeway and restaurants, and very functional kitchen to cook in. Highly recommend! We’ll stay again when we come back!

We loved staying at Hellen’s cozy home. The shuttle was convenient for skiing and the location was beautiful. Hellen was also extremely helpful and communicative - overall a great stay!

We took a girls trip and had an amazing time. This house was spacious and had everything we needed. The views of the lake were amazing and the sunset was stunning. We will definitely come back!

We had an amazing trip here, truly one of the most relaxing vacations I've had! The access to the private beach was ideal, we brought paddle boards and it was so easy to bring them down each morning. The kitchen is well equipped and we were easily able to cook all our meals. The living room and balcony are great for hanging out. Brandon and Ally were so kind and responsive and helped us out so much with parking. The HOA does only allow one parking space, and we had two cars, but the off-site parking that Brandon and Ally offered a little more than a mile away was helpful and much appreciated!

We had a great stay with our group of 5 adults and 3 children. Enough space for everyone to sleep comfortably and gather together in the living spaces. The unit was very clean and the kitchen was stocked with appropriate tools and utensils. The best part was having the lake view from the living room and accessing it right outside the door

A cute and cozy country home, with tall trees around. The decor was kitschy and fun with all the bear items. Plenty of room for 4 adults (we didn’t need the bedroom with the bunk beds). Nice modern bathrooms. When we had trouble with an appliance, the owners responded quickly and came to fix it. Good amount of items for cooking. They left us coffee and tea. Overall we had a great time there. Know that the location was windy and cool in June, so bring a jacket.

Chris welcomed my family of 4 with open arms and even walked us around to all the amenities. She answered all of our questions in a timely manner and made us feel like we were in our own home. We will definitely visit again. The property is amazing with a great restaurant in the club house and the heated pool and spa were right on the beach. Thank you again Chris for your hospitality! Brian is a great host he’s super responsive and very helpful. The house is extremely close to the stagecoach lift. It’s a beautiful location great scenery. It’s important to note that to get to the one bedroom you have to walk through another bedroom. Also it’s important to know that one bedroom is a loft and it has no walls. So both of those bedrooms offer limited privacy and quiet.

The location worked so well for us and if you plan on doing things in the South Lake Tahoe area it will work for you too. It checked the boxes we needed as we were in town only for a short time.

The place is beautiful, clean, and cozy, and our host was great! Will responded to all of my questions and was generous enough to allow our dog Yuzu to stay, despite submitting our pet information late. Me and my party loved this place, and would love to return if we do another ski trip in the following years!

The condo was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a fantastic snowboard trip in February. Really nice place. The friendly and timely responses from the owners was simply excellent. We would definitely look at this one again should we decide to go back to Heavenly

Our condo was perfect for our family of four. The kids loved the loft space, and felt excited to have the old school Nintendo to play with! The front desk staff was very kind, and even suggested activities for our kids the day of the major winter storm when we couldn’t go skiing. Loved how close it was to Heavenly village. Thanks!
