A charming place with a unique interior design. Though the location is a bit away from the city center and I could hear some music from the next room late at night, the overall experience was pleasant. The inside of the house is much nicer than it looks from the outside

Susan's place was exactly as describe...and then some. Very private and quiet. Mentioned before, but the option of watching a movie on the projection screen was great fun. Love the big screen. On another note, we had accidentally left some clothes in the closet. When we reached out to Susan she was very diligent in locating them and getting them to us. We could not have asked for a better host. We found the location nicely located since we had easy access to Tahoe and we were just over Kingsbury grade from Carson City, with a side trip to Virginia City. Thank you, Susan.

Walking to lake front but not sandy beaches (those are just a short drive). Clean and quiet place. They added additional towels since we were 4 guests. Note, the bed in the other room is a double bed (as described in the listing), which is a full size bed smaller than queen. Worked for us, but something to keep in mind. It creaks just a bit when you get in / get up. Kitchen was well stocked with basics -- oil, salt, spices, utensils etc. Bedding was ample and comfortable. We went when it was cool, the heater worked well. Some things that could improve: we found soap/shampoo in the closet, but may be provide conditioner and lotion as well, this seems to be a standard in airbnbs. I generally carry some when traveling so this wasn't an issue for us.

Had a great stay and definitely one of the best locations available in the area! Only a couple minutes from Heavenly village and some great restaurants. Definitely would stay again.

The suite we stayed in was great! However, the amenities that were listed showed there was a washer and dryer, but it was in a different building we were in. it wasn't in our suite. It all worked out. Walking distance to restaurants and shopping.

This was a perfect accommodation for a family of 3 (with a 1 year old). We chose this place to celebrate his first birthday. We had to make a few little changes to the arrangements to the furniture since we had a crawler. But we managed. We used the kitchen almost everyday. The only thing is we couldn’t manage to use the dish washer. And the outdoor furniture needed some dusting. We would definitely come back! Overall, we enjoyed our stay. We loved the access to the lake. The apartment had some extra amenities to use at the lake-grateful for that.

I absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had such a peaceful charm to it. The location was perfect—tucked away just enough to feel relaxing, yet super close to all the major Lake Tahoe attractions, hikes, and great food spots. The outdoor area was especially beautiful and made for a great place to unwind. I would 100% stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

My husband and I stayed here for our 1st anniversary being married and it was perfect! We loved the spacious bathroom where we could store our luggage and have plenty of room. The place did get a little warm during the day but if you keep the fans on and open a window at night, it is perfect! The noise of the street didn’t bother us at all! It was a perfect place and we felt very safe! 10/10 would stay here again!

Spacious condo in beautiful surroundings. Fully equipped kitchen. Enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony with view of the woods. Only a 10 minute drive to the state line and casinos, shopping and restaurants. Safeway and a dollar store is walking distance, in case you forgot some essentials. Definitely recommend this host.

The proximity to the Stagecoach ski lifts and shuttle bus stop right in front of the house make this a great place if you are looking to ski at Heavenly for a few days. The place itself is good for a family of up to 4 people, and is perfectly set up for a ski trip, with ski boot dryer, mats to place your boots etc. The kitchen is well equipped with pots and (sharp!) knives, so easy to cook a meal at the end of the day. Bradley was pro-active and fast in his communication. Next time we come to Heavenly we will certainly try to stay at this apartment again.

GREAT location! Lots of great things to do especially if you have children- very easy to access pools and village. The place was clean, the kitchen is the perfect size for a long stay. David was responsive and gave great instructions on how to access the property/check out. We will absolutely be coming back for another stay!

I really enjoyed my stay here! It was so easy to find, perfect to park right out front for unpacking and packing up, and simple check-in instructions. The place is clean and cozy, exactly as described! I loved being in the middle of everything but could still walk over to a peaceful little stream where I’d enjoy coffee from Bare Roots (so good). I didn’t find the road noise a bother at all, I keep a small white noise speaker with me in all my travels and it canceled that out no problem. Plus, the linens are soft and comfy so getting rest wasn’t an issue. It was also an easy drive to beautiful beaches and sights elsewhere. Tracy was kind, proactive, and easy to chat with too! I would absolutely stay again on my next visit to South Lake Tahoe.

This was perfect for our week getaway. The fold out couch was a plus having our son with us! The check in was quick and they are very thorough with all the amenities and provide handouts with all of the activities and events. Our building was the newest is what we were told. It was clean and had a good vibe. It has a full kitchen and we brought all of our own food! We even bbq on floor 2! We will be back

The location is great, just a few min drive to the base of Heavenly. The room was super clean and had everything we could have needed. The stay had of room for our guests plus our boards and bags. Would totally stay here again.

great place to stay for a family ski/snowboard trip

My family has visited the Ridge Resort every summer for decades. This year, my husband and I were excited for the opportunity to stay in a separate unit than my parents and grandparents. This listing made that possible at a better experience and rate than even going through the resort directly. Luk was very responsive and the entire stay was effortless. We took advantage of the free shuttle to get around the resort. We ended up being able to stay an additional night working with the resort directly and Luk kindly guided us through that process. Great week!

Me and my partner stayed at Deb's place for a week of remote work and morning snowboarding. Perfect location close to the stagecoach lift at Heavenly. Would definitely recommend.
