During winter the house is also warm and cosy with floor heating. 4 canoes are available for you. Boats can be rented in the area, rental bikes delivered to the house. Free parking. Not suitable for non-swimmers.

Discover the island of Goeree-Overflakkee from this cozy and recently renovated cottage on the Zeedijk. With spacious garden and special view of sheep. The house can accommodate 5 people (+ baby) but has 2 bedrooms. Therefore perfect for a family with 3 children or 2 couples. This beautiful cottage used to be a 100-year-old carriage house, of which old beams have remained visible as much as possible. The cottage is located in the yard of our 400-year-old monumental Krukhuis farm, where we live with our sheep, chickens and dog. The cottage has its own outdoor seating. Opposite the farm are the floodplains of the river Lek with the many nice little beaches. And a stone's throw away is the cozy silver town of Schoonhoven.
