We only rent to groups of young people if it is declared in advance that they will not cause a nuisance or late-night parties. The house has been recently renovated and features many new appliances. Smart lighting and thermostat, new refrigerator, and oven/microwave. Atmospheric decor throughout the house based on an industrial look. Upon opening the back door, your holiday begins with a spacious garden equipped with all necessities and a jetty from which you can swim and boat.

Located 50 meters from the popular beach of Noordwijk next to the lighthouse, a well equipped sea view studio apartment with the perfect view! Dogs are unfortunately NOT allowed! Airbnb changed their fee policy, 19% to be paid by the host now. This used to be paid by the booker/guest. Therefore we choose to add 12% management costs and split the fee between host and guest. 12% because airbnb charges a fee over the fee. Transparant pricing is important to us and we trust you understand.

The Yard | Centre of Scheveningen (+free parking)

The Yard is a fresh apartment 400 meters away from the boulevard. If you're looking for a stay in the heart of Scheveningen, this is the place for you! The beach clubs are a stone's throw away and the Keizerstraat (shopping street) is around the corner. I offer free parking in my garage. The apartment is very practically laid out and the available spaces have been cleverly used. The shower cubicle is on the small side (80x70), but this is compensated by a spacious kitchen!

Eat and relax at a stumbling distance at our neighbors of Caatje aan de Lek or brewery Duits & Lauret - both forts of the Nieuwe Hollandse Waterlinie (UNESCO heritage) or the Witte Schuur. Enjoy cycling and hiking with fantastic views from Goilberdingerdijk and Diefdijk. There are 2 bedrooms and 2 extra beds on the landing.
