The place is conveniently located (on the L63). Bus station is 100 meters from the property. Parking is possible at the house. A bakery with breakfast is a 5-minute walk, while the city center is 20 minutes away. By car, it is 15 minutes to Dessau-Zentrum and 20 minutes to Köthen. You have direct access to the property from the staircase. Grill and fireplace are available in the garden. The Elbe, biosphere reserve, water crossing point and others offer many recreational opportunities in nature.

The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

Jethons studio apartment in the countryside

30 sqm studio with private terrace, barbecue and views of the large, shady garden. Due to the location in the annex of the main house (first floor), it is very quiet. A crib and highchair are provided. The apartment is close to the city center and the train station (each 500 m). City park with playground and indoor swimming pool are about 200 meters away. Free parking is available about 150 meters away. Bicycles can be safely parked in the courtyard.

Vom Bahnhof in Röblingen läuft man 10 min zur Wassermühle und dort im großen Garten steht der Bauwagen. Die Wassermühle Röblingen kann man auch im Netz suchen und man findet auf der gleichnamigen Seite auch noch einige Informationen zur Mühle und zum Grundstück. Ihr habt einen eigenen Zugang, der führt etwas provisorisch durch einen Bauzaun mit einem Vorhängeschloss und dann seht ihr ihn schon auf der Wiese stehen. Dahinter plätschert der Bach.

Vaters Haus is a romantic gem in the old craft district. Between the tailor and the butcher, there was a tiny hairdresser here. Eberhard Eisfeld, artist and architecture lover, rebuilt his "snail house" in 10 years so individually that you can still feel the love and his humor today. Through the large gate entrance of the main house you will reach the courtyard with a cottage that is only used by you. There is also a very small bathroom and a small cooking facility with a fridge at your disposal. The terrace can be used in summer, for example, for breakfast in the sun.
