Dear guests, our apartment is so centrally located that you can be with us from the A14 motorway in 5 minutes. The airport can be reached in 10 minutes and so can the Leipziger Messe. The beautiful city of Leipzig (main train station) can welcome you by car via the A14 in 20 minutes. The Leipziger Zoo and the Redbull Arena as well as the "Völki" are about 10 minutes from the main train station. Our apartment is equipped for short and long-term bookings. 2 km away is the lake landscape for relaxing.

The little Oasis

The small oasis is a former horse stable, lovingly converted into a tiny house. It's a small tower with an area of 12 sqm per level. It has a 160 cm wide bed, a desk, a fitted kitchen with a seating area and a bathroom with a shower. It is located in the middle of the popular Paulusviertel and has a small garden for shared use. Opposite there is a bakery and a bike rental station. 5 minutes away is the Reileck with cafés, restaurants and tram stop. You can get to the train station in 15 minutes.

"Unteres Saaletal" churchyard in Dobis

The beautiful clay house is located on a small hill, in the immediate vicinity of the village church. The cozy courtyard offers a wine-covered pergola with plenty of space, as well as sunny breakfast spots in the courtyard or in the garden behind the house. But even in the colder season, the house invites you to linger. For example, by the fireplace in the spacious kitchen or to make music in the piano room with a beautiful view over the village and the nearby manor house. Sole use/detached!

El Papagayo - Lovely 2-room apartment in the Paulusviertel

The quiet and bright apartment is located on Goethestraße, one of the most beautiful streets in the Paulusviertel. It is located on the first floor of a Wilhelminian building and has a separate bedroom, as well as a living room with an open kitchen with a very comfortable sofa bed. The apartment can accommodate up to four people, taking into account the width of the sofa bed (1.30 m) in the living room. It comfortably accommodates two children, two adults if they like each other very much.

Immerse yourself in a world of the past. The Gänsetrappe is a 335-year-old individual monument in the old town of Ballenstedt. The house is detached on the approximately 1000 square meter property at the end of a dead end road. The originality has been preserved as much as possible and carefully combined with the contemporary requirements of a cozy vacation home. The small guest apartment with ❄️air conditioning❄️, bathroom and mini-kitchen with fridge comprises the entire 4th floor. Towels and bedding are provided. You can park your bicycles, etc. comfortably and safely in the large gate entrance. Tips for parking in the neighborhood can be obtained on request.

The landlords can be contacted daily on the upper floor of the building. There are plenty of shopping options in the area. Public transport is about a minute away from the accommodation.
