Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Rosenheim

We were 6 people on the property. The check in was very straightforward. The room layout was impressive on so little living space. Also that each room has a full bathroom. The height in the "attic" looks higher in the pictures. As an adult, however, you can only move there on all four. Also, there is no blackout option or privacy screen. The dishwasher is a great Enrichment in the kitchen. The indoor climate is great. We used the sauna. The sauna towels & infusion are also included there.

The accommodation is very clean, it has a dedicated parking garage, garage 15. The location of the accommodation is easy to find, the environment is very elegant. There is a washing machine and a dryer. Two toilets, one separate toilet, one is the bathroom to the toilet. The garden is beautiful. The dining table can accommodate 10 people. Very good, worth recommending

The stay was very nice. Pauline is a very friendly and nice hostess. The apartment was clean and had everything you need (as described), even a walk-in closet. The bathroom is modern. In 10 minutes on foot you can reach two supermarkets, a bakery, a snack bar with pizza, kebab etc. and an Asian restaurant. You can reach Munich in about 30 minutes by car. I highly recommend a stay with Pauline and will certainly be a guest of Pauline's again in the future.

Accommodation was very nice. It was a little warm, but there were also two fans. The furnishings were great. Everything was clean. Nothing was missing. Hosts were very kind and accommodating. We were on the road a lot and it was always pleasant to come back to the accommodation. Very cozy.

The place is highly recommended! Everything is well-maintained and clean, and you have your privacy when using the sauna or hot tub. Christof gave us a local recommendation & was absolutely right. The food was super delicious! Everything went great and we will definitely come back :)

We were guests of Maria and Josef for an extended hiking weekend. I can only agree with the previous reviews - we had a wonderful AirBnB experience in the best sense, as it was originally intended! You will occupy the upper floor of the detached house - enough privacy, but also "family connection"! Maria and Josef have a big heart, are very friendly, open and helpful and gave us great tips for our hikes. The rooms are spacious, super clean, furnished in a traditional style, you have a great view everywhere, the balcony offers space to eat. The location is very quiet and surrounded by nature, yet you are only a few minutes' drive from the village for shopping or the motorway and can also reach more distant destinations quickly. There is plenty to explore in the area, from easy walks to challenging summit tours! We immediately felt comfortable and welcome and would come back without hesitation!

It was just beautiful... Real like in paradise. Super nice hosts and always available. We will be happy to come back!

Anna immediately greeted me warmly and showed me everything and was wonderfully open and friendly. The accommodation is super nicely decorated, bright and lovingly furnished. I felt completely comfortable.

Super nice, clean, quiet and yet within walking distance of the train station apartment, where we felt very comfortable. Communication with Matthias was also consistently helpful, friendly and prompt. If we are in Rosenheim again, we will be happy to come back.

Simones Place was super tidy and clean, everything was as described. Communication was super quick and easy. I would come back and totally recommend the place if you need something in the Bruckmühl area.

Finding the place was super easy and checking in was even easier. 2-3 steps and you are inside. No waiting, no calling, no lost time. the apartment is very spacious and well organized. It has everything needed, literally. All areas are sparkling clean. It has a very pleasant terrace where you can sip a cup of coffee. The coffee is on the house. We enjoyet every moment of our short stay at the apartment!

I was with a friend in the apartment on Samerberg. Because of the bed in the living room, we each had our own area. Location and view are a dream, the apartment is individually and personally furnished with a lot of taste. The kitchenette is a bit very spartan, but there is the offer to cook downstairs at Christiane's. We went out to eat more often, which is good in the village and the surrounding area. Christiane gave us a very warm welcome and provided a little initial catering in the kitchen, which is not a given. A good place to relax!

Everything as described, Stephanie responded very quickly and the apartment has a personal touch. The location is of course great. Check-in is in person and you don't just get a key code, which we like. Everything was also provided for our child. There were plenty of towels and a small basic equipment in the kitchen such as tea, coffee, oil, muesli and milk.

This was one of our best stays so far. The place offered a fantastic view of the mountains and the city,sunset views are mystical and must not be missed. The house was spacious, cozy and had all the required amenities. Cristina and Ernst were great hosts and made us super comfortable. They were quick in their responses and humble in their approach. I would highly recommend this place and would definitely want to visit here again. Thanks alot Cristina and Ernst :)

We take the best memories from our 1-week stay in the beautiful and perfectly furnished apartment. The accommodation is highly recommended, corresponds exactly to the description and looks even more beautiful than in the pictures. Rainer is an excellent host who is always available for questions. Also, we found his provided information material perfect. We found everything very clean and the view from the balcony into the lush greenery is beautiful even in the rain. The region with a variety of well signposted hiking trails is perfect for active holidays on one side and slowing down on the other. The Schliersee is only a few minutes' walk away. Shops and the bakery are within walking distance in a few minutes. We felt very comfortable and had a great time. We really lacked nothing. Absolutely lucky! Thank you for everything! We will be happy to come back :)

Everything was perfect! Even the sofa was very comfortable to sleep on with a good mattress. Kitchen super equipped. The terrace is very cozy. Elisabeth is a very friendly and helpful hostess. We would have liked to have spent more time here.

The place was absolutely top! Very clean, lovingly and comfortably furnished – you can tell that the landlords really make a great effort. There were small attentions and surprises that made the stay special. A note: To get to the apartment, you have to go through the hallway of the private apartment – this may not be ideal for everyone, but it did not bother us. Overall definitely recommended – we felt very comfortable!

We had a great stay! The apartment was exactly as described – modern, stylishly furnished and very clean. We felt like at home from the first moment. We especially liked the beautiful balcony, where you can relax wonderfully. The bathroom is generously sized and very well maintained, with a combination of bathtub and shower – perfect for feeling good. The location is great: shopping and restaurants are within walking distance. Great excursion destinations such as Lake Tegernsee, Lake Kochel or Lake Walchen are also easy to reach by car. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is well located for both hiking in the surrounding area and access into Innsbruck. The apartment itself was spacious and comfortable with a well equipped kitchen. The private outdoor terrace had tremendous views and was south facing yet still secluded. Small, well appointed supermarket 10 minutes walk away. Overall I would highly recommend.

Great apartment at Felicia's. It was very clean and maintained. We were very comfortable. The contact was also always very attentive and friendly. We had a mountain bike holiday and the apartment was ideal for it. We were also quickly on foot in the beautiful town of Prien. Apartment highly recommended.
