Enjoy my beautiful, light-filled apartment with a south-facing balcony, fireplace, bathtub and infrared cabin. It is lovingly decorated with lots of plants. The steep staircase in the room does not need to be used. About a 15-minute walk to the town centre; there's a Lidl directly across the street. The nearest lake suitable for swimming can be reached by bike in about 10 minutes. There is a private parking space in front of the house. There is a double bed and a fold-out mattress for a third guest.

Spacious apartment, centrally located but quiet between the town center and the lake. In addition to the ideal location, the apartment scores with family friendliness, new furnishings and great views of the countryside with balcony. Ideal for 4 adults or a family. We live in the house with two lovely dogs. On site, we collect the obligatory visitor's tax in cash: persons over 16 years of age: 2 euros per night. Children (6-15): 1 euro per night.

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop).
