For further excursions, we recommend the largest thermal spa world in Europe in Erding, Poing amusement park and the exploration of many swimming lakes. Beautiful, completely renovated dream house in 83135 Schechen am Inn, district of Rosenheim in Upper Bavaria. The idyllic Erlensee lake is in the immediate vicinity. To the bus 1 minute, train nearby, a few minutes to Rosenheim and 45 minutes to Munich. The house has three bedrooms, a balcony and a very spacious bathroom, two WCs. There is also a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, leading into the bright living/dining area, with conservatory and adjoining terrace overlooking the garden.

Every modern comfort is offered to you on 18 square meters of living space. The 1-room apartment in the tiny house is equipped with 2 beds (pull-out). The beds can be converted in a few simple steps into a sleeping area with dimensions of 1.60 x 2.00 m. Even in winter, the underfloor heating ensures a perfect climate. Extra baby bed on request. Pets on request. Non-smoking apartment. Smoking is permitted in the garden/covered pavilion.

Our cosy, individually furnished accommodation is an upstairs unit with a private bathroom (shower/toilet), a single kitchen and a small silent refrigerator (36 litres) that is only used by our guests. Opposite the small kitchen is the third sleeping option in a niche. There is a covered seating area available for you on the east side. The small, non-shedding Biewer Yorkshire Pino from the house next door likes to visit us every day.

Forest house

Our old barn with a cowshed from 1866 was completely restored and renovated a few years ago into a residential building with an adjoining small tiny house (formerly a sheepfold and workshop).
