Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Roschbach

We felt very comfortable as a family with 7 people and a dog in this half-timbered house. The house is very cozy and has everything you need. Only the beds are too soft for those with sensitive backs. The two hosts are very friendly and accommodating. The courtyard is completely enclosed so the dog could run around freely. We had a wonderful stay in the small winemaker's cottage. There was really everything you could need. The seat on the winemaker property was also very easy to find and you have a super nice view of nature. The communication with Hilde was also great. She is very nice and in a small conversation we also got some great tips for the area. We felt very comfortable right from the beginning and would be happy to come back.

We felt right at home when we entered the house. The house is very well appointed . Everything was sparkling clean,the hosts very nice and easily accessible. The wineries in Hainfeld are within walking distance. We were there at the time of the almond blossom. The countryside was wrapped in pink tulle which looked beautiful. This place is highly recommended.

Everything was wonderful, and we truly felt at home. We already miss being there and sincerely hope to have the opportunity to return in the future.

The four of us girls had a wonderful stay! Gosia and Romain were very friendly and attentive. The accommodation was not only well equipped, but also very lovingly furnished. We would come back anytime ☺️🫶🏼

The stay was very pleasant. The house was as described in the listing and has a great feel-good factor. The sauna is also highly recommended. The communication with Diana and Harald was very straightforward and friendly. The surroundings are very quiet and you can go for a great walk and/or hike. An all-round nice vacation 😊

This was our second stay at Silvia's little apartment. As before we appreciated the beautiful garden, the calmness and how well organised the place is. The kitchen despite being small has everything you'd need, including a good coffee machine. The living room has had a makeover since we were last there which is now even cosier, and the underfloor heating works really well for the cold, rainy days. Good comfy bed and nice linen (there are German style pillows). There isn't a washing machine in the apartment (for clothing) but we found one at the local supermarket, if you need one for a longer trip. I'd highly recommend this place, it's an oasis of a calm in a beautiful area. You might see their beautiful cats outside. My partner met local people from the village whilst going for walks and said they were friendly. There's also a farm with fresh eggs for sale 7 days a week down the road.

We stayed at Thomas’ apartment only for a night, but enjoyed it tremendously. The apartment is vey private, in a small village. We had a very calm night. The apartment is beautiful and has all the amenities. We would definitely like to come again for the hikes.

Good location for visiting friends that live in a nearby village.

We had a great time in the apartment and felt very comfortable! Especially the fireplace and the location of the apartment were ideal for us. The place is a perfect starting point for many hikes and beautiful places in the surrounding area. A public parking space is just around the corner as well as a supermarket. Sabine and Dieter were always available and gave us great tips for the area, thank you very much for everything, we will be happy to come back!

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Frank’s fantastic place. We were met by Frank, and he gave us a full tour of his gorgeous flat. He was so friendly and incredibly helpful. The flat itself is so cosy, it was a wonderful place to rest and relax when we needed to…however there is so much to see and do in and around Heppenheim! Frank showed us two different hiking paths near the flat: one that goes up to a castle and another one that takes you through the gorgeous vineyards. We loved it and our dog especially enjoyed it. The town is adorable, with grocery stores and a butcher within walking distance, and many cute and tasty restaurants. It’s also the perfect location to drive to a few bigger cities nearby (Strasbourg, Mannheim, Heidelberg, etc). When we would get back to the flat at night, we could walk up the stairs to the terrace and gaze and the stars, go inside and have a beautiful fire, followed by a great night’s sleep on a comfy bed. It was absolutely perfect!

Andreas is a very nice and friendly host, the apartment was very cozy and we got our money's worth in the great environment surrounded by nature while hiking. Ideal if the city dwellers need a real break. Always happy to come back.

Very nice house and great location! We felt very comfortable - especially the beautiful sauna and the home cinema (huge screen, great seats and sound system!) appealed to us. We had a great time and would be happy to come back. We especially liked the modern and tasteful furnishings, as well as the sauna, so we will be happy to recommend it.

We spent a family weekend there with many adults and children. To begin with, I have to say that Eve is a wonderful host. Communication was excellent—proactive and helpful. The house and garden were very spacious, offering plenty of room. The amenities left nothing to be desired. I would be happy to stay there again.

We stayed at the villa with the family over Easter and felt right at home! The beautiful large garden is perfect for big and small and in we somehow minutes we were in town on foot. A great location!

A beautiful region in all weather! nature hikes, tours, artisans, gastronomy, culture! The rental is superb, comfortable, well equipped, well arranged for a family with children, tastefully decorated and a superb view of the surrounding mountains. We're thrilled. This was a last minute stay for my friends and family. Vadim was instantly responsive and sent us the entry instructions immediately. This place was excellent! The neighbor even gave us a small tour of the house and described how the coffee, child amenities, and Wii worked. One outstanding overnight. Perfect sized place and really quiet. Thanks again!

Great hostess, house is even more beautiful than in the photos, is in the middle of the countryside, everything is perfectly equipped, there is nothing missing, super fast communication with Andrea, you feel right at home & is perfect for large groups! We would come back any time!
