Perfect location for those of you who want to discover Österlen and at the same time stay in the countryside. You will stay in our apartment, which is located in one wing of our farm in Karlaby. Here you live in the countryside but still only 15 minutes to the beautiful sandy beaches at Knäbäckshusen. If you prefer to stroll and experience the small town idyll, Simrishamn is only 8 minutes away by car. For those who play golf, there are two nice golf courses at Österlens Golf Club within 15 minutes by car. In addition, there are all the sights in Kivik, Baskemölla, Rörum, Ystad, etc.

Dream place in Nature... Close to everything! Wonderful house and garden. Charming, spacious and comfortable with fabulous views of meadows, fields, sea and forest. Generous with beds and extra beds with screens are easily arranged, several comfortable sofas in two separate living rooms and a large homey kitchen. The bathroom is spacious with a large shower and there is a wardrobe space in all the bedrooms. Fiber that provides WIFI at the highest level and the 4G mast is also close. For the children, there are beds, chairs & a wonderful playhouse.

Welcome to Grönhem's farm in the heart of Österlen. Here you live in one of two apartments, with your own garden, in a timber frame construction with origins from the 18th century. The farm is nestled with rolling pastures for our horses in Österlen's hilly landscape. It is located between Vik and Rörum with proximity to the sea and the beach at Knäbäckshusen as well as to two golf courses. There are nice walking paths in beech forests in close proximity to the farm. The apartment has an open floor plan with integrated kitchen and living room.

Stay in your own apartment in one of the lengths of a four-length Skåne farm in the middle of Brösarp "the gateway to Österlen." Immediate proximity to all the comforts of the village. Here you will have a good stay in two rooms and a kitchen with toilet and shower room. Possibility of 2 extra beds, i.e. a total of 6 beds. The beds are made when you arrive, both sheets and towels are included! Idyllic if you want to experience amazing scenery as you can enjoy the garden with flowing streams and grazing sheep on the surrounding hills.

After a few kilometres of magical winding forest road up the hills, you will come to this unique cottage. The forest ranger's cabin is high up and the view of Hanöbukten with the stone head nature reserve in the background is unique. Here you can walk, hike in untouched forests, along trails or by the sea. You are between heaven and sea in one of the most beautiful places in Österlen. Proximity to sea and swimming, towns, villages that offer food, fish shops, farm shops, cafes, restaurants, music performances, flea markets, etc.

A stone's throw from one of Sweden's most beautiful golf courses is a converted barn of about 60 square meters with 2 bedrooms, one of which is a sleeping loft. There are 4 beds, private entrance, parking facilities for one car and it is secluded from neighbors. The stairs to the loft are steep, see picture. Dogs are very welcome as long as they are comfortable with our own dog being nearby, our dog is a 5-year-old male. The house has a small wooden deck with furniture and barbecue grill, the garden is fenced.

Guesthouse in beautiful Ravlunda outside Kivik

Nybyggt (hösten 2023) ljust och luftigt ekohus på 30 kvm mitt i Ravlunda. Allrum med högt i tak. Sovrum med två bäddar. Loft med två bäddar. Badrum med dusch. Runt huset är det inhägnat med staket. Här finns plats för både lek och pauser i solen. Nytt för 2025 är att vi byggt ett entrétak. Vi står för sänglinne, badrumsfrotté samt ett mindre bassortiment i skafferiet. Du får även nybakat bröd under lokala surdegsbageriets öppetdagar.

Cozy apartment in a courtyard house in Södra Mellby, Österlen. There is a private patio, a living room with kitchenette and sleeping loft with room for three people. The entire old Skåne farmhouse has been newly renovated in the past year and the guest house is part of the farmhouse, which also houses an artist's studio and gallery. The guest house has a separate entrance. Of course, the cottage is also decorated with art from the studio.

This cottage is located in the heart of Österlen (Sweden´s Tuscany) in a picturesque little village called Rörum. The house was originally the village blacksmith´s workshop. The cottage is newly renovated with natural and allergy friendly materials. The cottage has a view of the famous Lonely tree. Mandelmanns gardens are within a short walking distance and the beach is about 3km away. Closest restaurant is across the street.

Östhem

Östhem is a farm just outside the village of Rörum. The farm is located next to Skåneleden, near Knäbäckshusens beach, beautiful nature and the Stenshuvud National Park. On the farm, Sandra and Rasmus live with four children, two cats and some chickens. We run a bookstore, an art gallery and a café adjacent to the farm. Östhem is surrounded by a larger apple and vineyard that we also work with.
